The scheduling and front desk staff made our visit pleasant before we even stepped in the door. Dr Ross is very knowledgeable and caring. He spent a lot of time explaining his exam and the X-rays for the injury my child sustained. He told us about what to expect and what to watch out for in the future. He then referred us to an excellent physical therapist to assist in strengthening the injured area. We ve been extremely satisfied and reassured that we are in excellent hands.
