Very unprofessional. Tried to make arrangements and they gave me attitude and wouldn't let me speak because I cussed once. Mind you being behind 1 month isn't much when bigger companies give you a bigger gap to pay it off.
They couldn't handle a stressful situation and didn't try and calm a customer down nor did they have any type of appreciation towards me. I've paid on time every month but once and this is how you repay a paying customer?
