I went to buy a car and they convinced me not to take it from them.

Hard to reach, overpriced services (1300 RON oil and filter change for Passat 2014). No car replacement, car not washed, changed parts not left in the trunk. I totally don't recommend.

Total lack of interest and customer service executable! I have been with the car 3 times to change a compressor under warranty. I was wrongly informed by the counselor dealing with the case in 2 phones. The first time it is ready and the second time they have changed another song. In total, the car was in service for 8 working days to replace an air conditioner. I'm not talking about the fact that I call at 16 to come to take the car but max at 16 30 because although it is a program until later, I can't find anyone.

I was walking "from Ana to Caiafa" between 3 consultants and I still couldn't explain how I associate an eSIM from Romania to the car. Also, I couldn't solve the software errors I had come for (disabling Lane Asist function while walking and Travel Asist) the reason being that "they have factory operating limits"

Very expensive service and very poor results. I have hoped and I still hope that something will change here, improve service, feel good, find what you need without the need for self-service and without "maneuvers," but. . .

Friendly staff when receiving files, but poor quality service. For an Audi dealership, I would have had pretensions.

The programming leaves it to be desired. Just to do the programming in service it took 2 phones and 2 applications from the mobile application. I was scheduled at 7:30, they opened at 8:00, then they sent me to the adjacent building where of course I had to stand in line and the car was taken at 8:45. With the actual service operations we had no problems.

They don't let you park inside if you have an appointment because: "We had clients who scratched other cars/new cars when parking and now we don't let anyone in."

They do not repair cars with gas installations, given that even Dacians with gas installations are manufactured !!!

Poor customer services, high prices, location is difficult to reach! The experience starts with nobody at the car service answering the phone. After using the contact form on the website and when nothing happened after waiting to be contacted for 3 hours I decided to call the dealer phone line. Someone answered, said the service was overbooked, and so I left a a message for the service department. I was finally contacted after more than 24 hours. Seems they don t want customers. Incredibly long time for service! What serious company has a lunch break between 11.30 and 12.30, when the entire service department stops work ? It seems Rotation is a new concept for management. The service consultants seemed, at times, overwhelmed by the number of requests. A final remark, related to poor management. I looked at a wv car for 10 minutes, interested to get an offer and no consultant came to ask me anything. At least 4 of them were aparently doying nothing.

A very long time of waiting and solving service problems.
