I would give this a 5 plus, but, I waited almost 2 hrs to get my car unlocked, because a locked car is considered a soft, non emergency incident. Well, when you are 62 y/o, disabled due to a broken back, it becomes urgent. After I got home, I had a neighvor to take me to an ER for a pain shot due to sitting on a metal bench for almost 2 hrs.
Chris was nice enough. I think the problem was with my insurance company. Especially when the person I spoke to made the remark 'you're not' paying anything. Excuse me. I pay monthly for roadside assistance as part of my car ins policy.

Locked myself out of my house, Midnight Run Services owner Chris showed up very quickly! He worked with skill on a difficult lock. Professional attitude and excellent customer service. Will recommend them to friends and family.

They were the lowest price I found for programming key fobiks for my van. The locksmith did quick work and even met me closer to my home after another call had him held way.

I hired several other investigators around the country - one of whom claimed to be the best in the country! - and none of them were able to find my defendant. With quiet calm and confidence, Chris found the defendant and had him served. Speaks volumes.

Chris rekeyed my locks and also installed a digital lock. He explained everything, showed me how to program it. He was on time, professional and very reasonable on his pricing. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend his services.

Chris is my only "go to" guy for a whole host of services: lockouts, process service, background checks, commercial and residential evictions, and other special services. I would not use anyone but Midnight Run in the greater Tulsa area.

The locksmith owner came out to pick an outdoor lock that was installed on a bedroom door. This lock was very challenging to pick. But he was persistent, and tried every locksmith tool imaginable. Instead of charging us a reasonable per hour rate, he only charged what I'm guessing was the "this should be quick and easy" quote he gave us over the phone.

In conversation, he discussed some of the private investigation work his company also does. While I'm not an expert in that field, he seemed intelligent and capable there as well.

Got locked out of my truck. Fast, dependable, reasonable, and even got a second key to reduce my risk of locking myself out again. I would recommend Midnight Run to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Arrives in less than 10 mins and wasn't bad on price.

Despite the, what I consider to be reasonable, price of $45.00, the timely manner of this engagement was 2x as long as they told me it would be. I called for my service and was told 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later I call to see where they are and they said they are just now on their way, 20-30 minutes. If you are needing something done fast, find someone else.

Amazing service!!! Called pop a lock first and waited for over two hours! Thirty minutes after I called midnight run they had a guy out to me and I was done in less than five minutes! Call midnight run first they are the best!

The dispatcher was quick to answer our call, gave us a cost & time estimate in minutes & had their guy out to unlock our vehicle in a little less than half an hour. The service technician was very courteous & friendly & helped to calm a pretty stressful situation to the point where we could think straight & find the keys instead of having to get one made. This after waiting for over two hours for another company who never even bothered to call back with an estimate on when they might be able to get someone out to us.
Would highly recommend them & will definitely be calling them first if I ever find myself in that situation again.
