I have found the Assistant Prosecutors, support staff, Court liaisons very friendly. The criminal case management staff goes out of its way to be helpful. So as to people it is a 5, but the portal I have difficulties with it.
I was told by another law enforcement agency of NJ to call my County Prosecutors office and when I called this Operator was very rude. In a snarky tone, she tells me to call the police to file a complaint when my police said they can t really do anything which I told her next. I asked for her name today and she said she is Operator 1. WTH? She should work for the DMV
