This doctor is not open and in one day 2 weeks ago they close the business without notifying patients or providing the patient's file/records to them. There is only a VM that sometimes someone will call you back after you call so many times. Doctors priority should be caring for their patients which obviously Dr Mike Mirahamdi priority is himself leaving his patients in difficult situation especially during the COVID situation. Very unprofessional and inhuman. It has been two weeks that I need the full file form my parents and they only provided me the most recent report and not full file. I left another VM yesterday since my mom has been to urgent care this weekend and I need the full records for follow up with specialist and no response yet. This is very sad for me as well as I am sure for other patients and their families left without any records and any doctor. Dr Mike Mirahmadi showed his real side of doctor when matters got difficult to support his patients instead staying in silent not even a curtsy respectful follow up with his patients of over 10 years to tell them they are closing the business. Hope him and his family can sleep good while causing hundreds of families worry about the health of their loved ones.

The most most most unresponsible,unprofessional,uncaring dr (if i call him even dr),i've ever seen.
Oh sorry,he is not totally uncaring,he cares much about ur ensuranc to charge them.

It is a very terrible service. My parents never got a chance to see him. They had been told again and again the stool and blood specimen and test results from other lab had been lost and parents were told to give again. Come-on, seriously is this Dr from UCLA? I read some reference like that somewhere. If so, shame on UCLA

Sometimes helpful but sometimes makes horrible mistakes which cause huge delays in service for time-sensitive issues

I'd like to start by saying, I never got to see the Doctor.
After calling approximately 20 times I got through, only to be told that the doctor wasn't in and I should call back a few hours later. I called back and I'm told their system is down and they can't schedule anything - after complaining I was put through to someone who promised I would be called back by end of day to book an appointment for the following day. The call never came. I called back another 10 times before getting through... same excuses, I was told to make an appt for a WEEK from tomorrow, after insisting I needed to speak to a manager, this time I was transferred to a voicemail and now they won't answer.
Awful waste of time with no desire to resolve the issue. I'm changing my Primary Care Physician in the morning.

I'm unable to change PCP until the beginning of the month... still trying to get an appointment, or even to speak to someone. When and IF I get through, I'm being put on hold and then hung up on after 10 minutes of holding. Absolutely disgraceful. This establishment should be ashamed of their behaviour.
