Best food Bank I've ever been to! They treat everyone like actual humans and you get to select what you are taking home to your family

The wait time isn't good, before they start taking your numbers because I have a lower back injury and standing for an hour isn't easy but I do have to admit the place is always clean and the volunteers are very helpful. The location of The Food bank is close to home, too. I'm considering on getting a cane.

It was very nice but not alot of selection for meats..but produce was awesome:)

Spent a little time here doing our company charity day. The staff seemed to be genuine and helpful. I would do it again.

Picking produce out of boxes on pallets or floor smh they had a whole pallets of bad bananas I couldn't believe it literally not one good one.

A lot of the stuff was out of code and they were out of a lot of things. The didnt give you things to make a meal

This is a really good food bank they give you lots. Look them up On th internet for when they are open and what days they are closed and what time they open

Store too crowded customer service not good prices are too high and the parking instruction parking lot is just dangerous and not good I would not shop there nor would I suggest anyone shop there

If you are going to be a client at this location keep in mind they do not care if it is cold, raining or excessive heat. They do not care if you are old, young or disabled. They will make you stay outside until they are ready. My advice would be for the director is to give people a number when they come to the door and they can set in their car or come back when the pantry doors open. This would solve a lot of problems.

Delivers food to many food pantries in central Ohio. Convently located in Grove City Ohio off of Marian Drive, Stringtown Road, I-71 Exit

Great way to serve other people! Easy for groups to come in for a couple hours and you know what you're doing matters.

I thank these ppl for being available to anyone in need of food for their families. Sometimes it's just rough no matter how hard you work & because of that, these ppl are God sent. Wether it's just once in a while help or help monthly, this is the place to go. It's 1 main shop a month & the rest of the month it's produce. There's even a quick pickup option for the ppl that can't stand in line & wait. The volunteers are friendly & helpful. Thank you so much for this service!

One of the larger foodbanks in Columbus that has a wide selection of produce.

This pantry is a class act. Very organized, (many government agencies should learn from their system). Everyone is super kind, like shopping in a grocery store. I always leave with a shopping cart full of food with a smile on my face. You can sign up there with your driver's license, proof of address, SS numbers. Even if you don't have the proof required, you can get food one time. The food is fresh with milk, meat and eggs. Go if you need help.

Truck driver no overnight parking in this wherehouse and do not come here if don t have a appointment you gonna wait forever to get unloaded

Rather you go as a family in need of some assistance and compassion or as a volunteer, the level of professionalism and kindness is tangible.

A great place to go when you need food for u and your family

I went there to take my mother and the staff was extremely friendly and polite. We were the last ones there and because they were getting rid of the food at the end of the day anyway, my mother was given extra stuff and they even gave me a few things because it was going to be thrown away anyway. If anyone needs help, I would recommend that they go here.

Great place for obtaining help with food if you are in need. Amazing service, but as usual with a food pantry, be prepared to be there a while. Get there early.
