Isaac and his staff are wonderful people. I had a Harper dolly with two flat tires and was told by the company it would take 2 weeks to get 2 new tires from the production plant to me. We are having an event next week to benefit the neonatal unit at Winnie Palmer Hospital needed all the dollies in our office for this event. I saw that Mid Florida Material Handling was a retail outlet for Harper. I called and they had me bring in the dolly to their shop which was a few miles from our office. They kept it, replaced the inner tubes at no cost and we have a dolly as good as new. Isaac said it was the least he could do to help the tiny babies at Winnie Palmer Hospital! We are so grateful!!!!!! Thank you Mid Florida Material Handling for your generous gesture in helping us with our useless dolly!
