This place is great for work outs or just going for a soak in their spa.

Excellent workout place. Lots of options! I walk in the water stream or workout on the stationary bicycles. Friendly staff. Facility well maintained.

How fun is this place!?! I went here in the winter for a swim birthday party!!! It was awesome. Such a nice facility & they have very reasonable prices - if you don't have a membership it's only $10 for the day...great to beat boredom & get the kids out of the house. Very clean & well maintained with a very friendly staff. Nice locker rooms & family rooms & great community spaces along with a gym. Something for everyone! I love it.

3 of my kids are taking swim lessons here. Great instructors. It's great for fun swim too with a rock climbing diving pool, water slides, and lazy river.

This place sucks if you're a visitor.
If you come to play on their courts, you have to pay $10 to get in, but they refuse to lend you a ball to temporarily play with... I would not recommend this place to any visitor until this stupid policy is changed period. Warning, the front desk staff are a bunch of idiots.

I was very disappointed when I went to the Thrift convention. It was more a Craft convention. And I sure was going to look for used products, what I call Junk or Treasures

I love coming here to work out every day and the employees at the front desk are always so amazing, they know my name when I come in and I know theirs. It's an amazing experience every time

Had our company divisional meeting here. We catered our food from them and it was delicious .... The place was very nice and clean also

Attended a training conference a few times. The accommodations were well maintained. The training rooms well equipped.

Great facilities. New equipment. Helpful staff. I don't know what else you can ask for.

The kids club is a little expensive especially when you compare it to other gyms but they actually interact and care for the kids vs just leaving them to go wild in an open space

It has a indoor water park, a 2nd story running track, and 60% exercise machines

Extremely nice facility!!!! Very clean and spacious with clean restrooms. We went for an event for my son's school and had a great time. We were in the grand hall which was a nice size for large events. It's in a very nice and developing area. I hope to return someday soon.

I love this facility, friendly, great equipment and super clean . I don't think they have left a stone unturned. Very evident that a lot of thought went into the planning to give the customer a great experience. Icing on the cake is my Personal Trainer Cynthia she is first class.

Loves this place so much go almost every day cons, the open gym needs to be open longer on weekends and needs more gyms because most of the time 1 gym is taken up by something else

Nice, clean, and friendly. Although for the same price you can join 24hr fitness or LA fitness and enjoy many more weights and also steam room and sauna.

Has something for everyone and comes for a good price in total. Does not provide food however only snacks of the sort. Includes a pool,ping pong table, basketball court and a jogging track, and workout machines, so that you can find something for everyone.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience. My friend encouraged me to come here because he said it was such a great place. Well I will say that the facility is very nice but the staff is terrible. The lady that helped us get set up when i was a guest of my friend was very rude. I noticed her name was alexis. I shrugged it off as maybe she had an off day. But then as I was walking past the front desk I overheard her and a guy up there talking about inappropriate things and using foul language. Considering I wanted a place for me and my family to come to regularly as we are new to the are I will say for sure that until stuff like that goes away I will definitely not be returning nor will I tell anyone in my family to visit such a terrible place for a family. That is. HIGHLY unprofessional. And for the love of god PLEASE wear shorts that are a normal length. It is a family facility, not a bar

Saturday, July 20, 2019:
The sign at the start of the upstairs walking/jogging track says to walk Clockwise on Even numbered days.
I got upstairs to walk about 15:45. I walked Clockwise around the track until about 17:15.

Everyone else walking or jogging were all going Counter-Clockwise. One of the male staff members asked me to walk Counter-clockwise, for 'safety'!
I called the sign 'garbage'!
And left right away!

Most of the people who use gyms seem to be illiterate,
so there is no good reason to post signs!
Use red arrows. The illiterate usually can interpret pointing!

IF MANAGEMENT IS TRULY INTERESTED IS WALKERS/JOGGERS SAFETY,
I suggest that the management paint over the portion on their sign which instructs walkers/joggers to go Clockwise on Even numbered days; and Counter-Clockwise on Odd numbered days!

Full of new, clean equipment. Amazing pool and friendly staff.

Nic clean place with modern design. Not very huge but you can get all your workout done as long as it's not rush hour in the gym and you are flexible on your routine. I've gone in at 6:15ish and was able to do what I needed. They basketball court is another story. They need to make this move available for folks to be able to shoot around instead of activities all the darn time.

The idiot who said you can got to LA fitness for the same price is dysfunctional in math apparently. Monthly fee maybe but that's after forking out hundreds of dollars up front before you even step in the door of a LA fitness.

Really good place to go work out they got free weights and machines stair steppers ellipticals I mean they got the works they got upstairs too full of stuff really good place to go and get your life back in order and get your health back have swimming pool where there is swimming available on certain times but it's a good place go see Teddy she is the manager and she's a very nice person

This is an amazing rec center. The receptionists at the front counter are very friendly and helpful. The pool is Awesome!! There are the men & women locker areas and also, a family locker area as well. It is great for all ages. So much to do there.

If you live in NRH, this place is a must for membership as you won't find a cheaper gym membership and the place is great

Most beautiful exercise, city center I have ever seen, so glad I moved here.

The place to go to workout. For young people to seniors. My wife likes their indoor walking track. I have a friend that uses the pool for low impact exercise.

The NRH Centre is absolutely awesome! The trainers, group fitness instructors, and staff are all super nice and helpful. I use the pool, exercise equipment, and I play volleyball in the adult co-ed leagues. My daughter also takes classes at the Centre and she loves spending time in the Kids Club while I'm working out :)

Very nice facility. Pool goes down often it seems. Need more space for gym equipment. Hardly seem to all fit.

It was a fun place but look out for the worker Alexis she is very rude and accused my son of Lieing also the machines say must be 13 or older so he's not lieing

We came here for the NRH Business Luncheon. The location was great and the building was nice and clean. We had a great visit with local business owners and enjoyed a delicious meal. The parking lot seemed to hold the crowd well and it was a warm and welcoming visit.

Took my son to Tim Tebow night of shining stars. It has great amenities!

Went here for a company meeting and was anything but disappointed. Very clean and comfortable. Other places we've been to, you always needed to bring a jacket because you didn't know what to expect. The room temperature was perfect and the ballroom was great for sound when it came to presentations. My favorite part was the catering of course! I've never had such tender and tasteful roast beef, plus many more options that my teammates loved. This place is definitely recommended for company events!

I've been coming to the rec center regularly for over a year. The crew at the desk have even gotten to greeting me by name. There are a lot of things to do here I haven't gotten to explore yet. The gym/weight room is well equipped. There is a swimming pool with lazy river & party size hot tub section. A walking track upstairs & large gym always occupied. A massage therapist is also on site. The other end of the building has a meeting hall/banquet hall complete with bar area that rents for gatherings. All very nicely done. Come see for yourself.

My nephew had his birthday party here, the kids had a lot of fun. The pool area is amazing!

Elegantly overbuilt facility, government owned and regulated, nice staff and a very positive atmosphere for working out. Staff very friendly and so are the members, for the most part. Over 50 aerobic machines and plenty of equipment if you want to move iron around. Members are many times eager to let you share machines and weights.
Incredible one acre water park with waterfalls, fountains, a lazy river, lap lanes and a large hot tub. (Just wish the kids would quit urinating in the tub, they shouldn't be allowed in)
Garrett the director has been very open to my suggestions for improvements and is fun to talk to, very people oriented. Jason in maintenance is very responsive too.

The staff member that greeted my daughter and I was wonderful. She was very helpful and completed my membership paperwork quickly. She then showed my daughter and I around the center. I look forward to meeting new friends and participating in the many activities at the NRH Senior Center.

My kiddos love the classes, my daughter is in gymnastics and my other daughter wants to sign up for the next round

The staff is very helpful and polite. Members are encouraging and delightful. The facility is clean, accessible, and beautiful. I look forward to going to a place that is child friendly and the programs are wonderful.

Have to literally race to machines - I have been occasionally knocked over by people racing to machines.

In most cases there is only ONE machine in the entire centre, and when the prima donna instructors/fitness coaches use them for clients - forget finishing your set - you have to wait 20-30 minutes for THEM to finish or just move on without completing that part of your workout for the day.

If you're using the machine - they kick you off - sure the price is less than LA or 24 Hour fitness - but they're not open 24/7 & you don't have to wait for a machine - you can get in - get your workout finished & get out.

If you're serious about getting in shape & losing weight - don't bother - move on to real professionals that actually make machines available.

Otherwise - waste your money

Best indoor swimming pool around here! Additional activities - to many to even mention - offered here for all ages at very affordable price. Signed up here in addition to our local expensive club & it is well worth it.

Fancy indoor pool. A little pricey for non residents, but we make the trip because it's one of the few indoor pools in DFW that allow mermaid tails (although they are no longer allowed in the deep pool for safety reasons, wondering if they had a problem or if it's precautionary?). The lazy river and other features are nice. They have a separate party room so when there are birthday parties they aren't a million kids doing cake and stuff right next to the pool. The locker rooms are also very nice, big showers, they even have hair dryers and a swim suit dryer.

This place is fantastic. We have a family membership and it is well worth the price. We mostly use the pool and the workout area but expect to use more of their services as the kids get older.

All the staff was ready to serve and most had a smile on their faces!

Massage therapy, personal training, group classes, nutrition consults, chiropractic/FDM, private yoga, MS sponsored yoga, water fitness, Silver Sneakers, Silver&Fit, athletic leagues and even kids summer camps, preschool and kids care while you workout. Swim lessons too for all ages. Clean, update equipment often, amazing instructors.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Doesn't stink like a lot of gyms. On site childcare while you work out is well staffed, clean, and kid friendly.
