They talk to you any kind away they slave you for pennies. The supervisor doesn t know anything at all and they don t know how to talk to people. Benefits are good but the job sucks and so does human resources
This is a horrible place to work. They treat their employees horrible, and if you try to get help from HR your manager will retaliate with bad reviews and withholding raises. HR is there only to protect management, not the employees. I have proof of them cutting hours off my paycheck but did not even get a response when I alerted HR! Management is corrupt and they don't know regulations for the chemicals their using. I do not recommend anyone working here.
I loved working at Micronutrients. The training was well structured. Management (especially Lab and Quality) was awesome.
The bad employees make new employees/Temps NOT want to work here. I do not recommend working here unless you enjoy being lied on/to and dont mind not learning anything. I've never seen anything like it. They want you to work but nobody wants to train anyone they'll just keep pushing you off to the next shift trainer when its time for them to clock out. You cant touch anything without proper training so you just have to sit around looking at walls until someone decides to continue the training process. Definitely not a good place for anyone with real life goals and a family. Just save yourself some time and headache and go elsewhere. It'll never get better if they choose friends over skills some people really have no respect here.
