The bad employees make new employees/Temps NOT want to work here. I do not recommend working here unless you enjoy being lied on/to and dont mind not learning anything. I've never seen anything like it. They want you to work but nobody wants to train anyone they'll just keep pushing you off to the next shift trainer when its time for them to clock out. You cant touch anything without proper training so you just have to sit around looking at walls until someone decides to continue the training process. Definitely not a good place for anyone with real life goals and a family. Just save yourself some time and headache and go elsewhere. It'll never get better if they choose friends over skills some people really have no respect here.
