No star if I could, they are all just thieves and crooks! Do not use it, go see the competition for mercy!

They have probably changed their name from mietwagenmarkt.de to carnect, as this company tries to deceive and rip off its customers.

Last summer I rented 3 rental cars for my 3 week vacation in the USA. 1 car per week and city. Since I am 25 years old, I have to pay a high young driver surcharge for the USA (approx. 300 per car and week). Carnect has advertised on its website with certain offers, which should already include the young driver surcharge. A large banner on the website also bore the inscription "NO EVIL SURPRISES". So I booked. Then I find contradictory statements on the subject in the documents. Carnect suddenly claims that the young driver surcharge is no longer included. I then turned on my lawyer. After some back and forth we agreed that Carnect would reimburse me all the costs for the young driver surcharge if I was asked to pay the surcharge locally in the USA. As expected, I had to pay extra on vacation. After my vacation I described the facts to carnect and they guaranteed me a refund. To date (after several months) no money has been reimbursed. NEVER AGAIN I will book here.

I HAVE BOOKED A CAR BY ENTERING THE NUMBER OF THE FLIGHT, BUT LEAVING THE DATE OF ARRIVAL TIME FROM THE "AUTONOLEGGIO ONLINE" WEBSITE THAT LEAVES HIM AUTOMATICALLY, THE FLIGHT IS FURTHER ARRIVED IN LATE, WHEN I ARRIVED, STILL THERE BY THE CAR, BUT SINCE IT WAS PASSING MORE THAN A HOUR FROM THE ARRIVAL DEFINED BY THE SITE, THEY HAVE CONTESTED ME A "NO SHOW", WITH EVERYTHING I HAD INSERTED THE NUMBER OF THE FLIGHT, I HAVE REMOVED ALL THE PAYMENT MADE ON LINE, WITH THE MOTIVATION THAT THIS MICRONNEXUSS IS AN AGENCY AND NOT THE RENTER, I HAD TO RENT THE SAME CAR AT THE RENTER AT A PRICE LIST OF THE RENTER (MUCH MORE HIGH), BRUTIFY EXPERIENCE, CONVENIENCE THE DIRECT RENTER IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU CAN COME MEET.

Beware of fraud! We booked a car from Carnect. Car was then handed over to us by Goldcar in Crete. Although we booked all inclusive, we were charged a larger amount in Greece than we paid for the whole week! Absolutely opaque and no one replies to emails! Next time I'll pay more and take a reputable bigger provider !! Stay away from this company !!!!

Through the car rental agency Carnect, we booked a rental car in Portugal and paid in advance.
We were ripped off by the "OK Rent a car" team in Faro.
Credit card despite cover is not accepted (however that works ...) So you have to take out additional insurance. In addition to the 113.88 already paid by the agent (Carnect), there is also 208.92 or we could have taken a taxi back to the airport - without a rental car!
There are numerous similar complaints on google.maps.
The sales team plays a perfect game with the customers. This is well-established and is apparently used as an extra income and the helplessness of the tourists is exploited painstakingly.
The Carnect company leaves these complaints cold and continues to hold on such dubious partners as e.g. OK Rent a car fest!
We can only advise every customer who has had similar bad experiences to contact a lawyer!

I've used the car rental company several times. Everything was quick and efficient. The support team responded quickly to changes and was always happy to help. I can recommend it.

Beware of rip-off - read each sentence of the terms and conditions of this company carefully. The better alternative is to leave THE FINGERS OF THIS COMPANY if you do not want to risk a lot of money and trouble.
