In my micromax tab some charging issue and I went to micromax rani bagh service center they checked the tab and said you have to pay 400 rs for charging jack change I said that it's newly purchased about twenty days before and it's in warranty period but they denied and said it's physically dammage and charge us 400rs when I asked for invoice they gave us a hand made invoice and we don't see any second copy with the carbon paper. I think it's fake because there is no GST no. Mentioned there.

I went with camera-focus problem of phone. The camera was active. I received the phone with blind camera. Plus to all this, an attitude of justifying all this happening . Can't even think of such humans? Worst ever service!!!!!

3rd Class Infrastructure... Low Character employee....Exchange mobile accessories on warranty period with local accessories any said that no other accessories available. Mobile phone is in warranty period with warranty stickers on nuts and he says that mobile phone repaired outside the company. After all sallle chor he vo bi gandi shkl ke.

Needs some of the staff to be replaced. It is rare of me to give a bad review about someones's service but the staff in this SC is just so pathetic and unprofessional that I am forced to do so. They don't know how to deal with the customers. I gave my phone for some battery related issue which was under warranty so they said it will take more than a week to get it repaired... but one of the employees said that he will get it done within a day but I will have to pay for it. Naturally I rejected the so called offer and after that they made me visit the SC 2-3 times but the problem was not resolved and the behaviour of the staff kept getting worse so I had to get it done from a local mobile shop. My suggestion don't get it done with them as you will also face the same difficulties...
