Customer service horrific. Have tried for months to get a CPT code for a Covid test, so we can claim from our insurance. Repeated phone calls and mails have not resulted in anything. Would never use again, if we had a choice. Not even worth one star.
Sent in tests yesterday got the results today before traveling, they came back positive. had i got them back a day later i couldve put my entire extended family at risk.
