I have come to Microlynx for many years for computer repairs. I have always felt like I'm the most important customer they have. Roy and his staff are always staying in contact to update and inform me of the progress of my repair and offer their expert advise in an area I have little experience with. It is so reassuring to have a business I can trust will give me good advise and has always given myself and my family the best product for the best value. They are a gem in our community!

Love Microlynx! I have been a customer for years!!! Roy is so nice and this time I had a tech come to hook a computer up that I had built (Microlynx). James was outstanding and really made the space usable with his cable management skills. I had cords going everywhere!!! I just can t say enough good things about this company. Glad they are in Gig Harbor!!!

I brought in my pc that was having input audio issues after I was ensured they would be able to diagnose the issue same day. The only issue I had was my mic input, nothing else. I got a call 2 hours later saying they couldn't get my computer to turn on and I could come pick it up and pay 38$ for a non-working pc if I wanted, or I could pay them 70$ an hour to work on it with no guarantees. I handed them a fully functioning computer and paid them to do nothing but critique my build. I swallowed my pride and did EVERYTHING they suggested and I am still having my 1 issue and they're 38$ richer. My experience was nothing like what was described over the phone. The employees didn't care and I got the feeling they were amused. The owner is very kind, and is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, he obviously cares about his customers and business but I was extremely disappointed that I had to complain to the owner before they fixed the power issue. If you think you're good with computers just do everything yourself

I ve had Microlynx fix my computer more than once. They ve always been professional and helpful. They communicated well and followed through with what they promised me. The last time I got the blue screen of death they recovered my data and installed a new hard drive within the same day. My computer works better than ever now and I didn t have to wait weeks to get it back. I think their pricing is very fair and I would trust them with any of my future computer repair needs.

I was happy to learn they offer individual or group knowledge sharing on any computer topics you may be interested in. They are definitely my go to experts on any future computer fixes. My Windows 7 laptop would not connect to my new wifi 6 router. Microlynx upgraded my laptop to Windows 10, and it was ready to be picked up that afternoon.

A friend recommended them last night when I had an issue with my computer and a deadline. I went in today to see if a document could be recovered. While Roy wasn t able to help me recover it (my fault!) he was friendly, helpful, thorough and respectful. I will definitely be back and refer others. Thank you!!!!!!
