We ordered prestained shingles for our ski house and had them install about 3 years ago and they still look brand new. Random people walking by would consistently compliment the exterior of the house. When we decided to sell it, the first people who saw it bought it, and I'm sure the look of the exterior hooked them. Thanks for providing a nice quality product!

I am disappointed at the level of customer service. I informed the company through email that the shipping address had changed., They did not catch this and sent the shipment to the wrong place. When I called to find out why, it was very difficult for a customer service rep to return my calls. When I spoke to them finally, they said it was someone new on their team that made the mistake. Ordering was very easy but the follow through I would say was a disaster.
