Renting with Michele Phillips has been a great experience! They are on top of any issue that comes up and take care of it almost immediately.

My wife and I recently moved from Sherwood and put our house up for rent. We did extensive research on local property managers and landed on Kristine with Michele Phillips for a few reasons. Namely, we discovered other property managers did not accompany prospective tenants to their clients' properties. Kristine runs a very professional and organized screening process and ALWAYS accompanies prospective tenants to the properties.
Additionally, while our house was vacant, we ran into some small maintenance issues and Kristine came to our house on a number of occasions to fix it temporarily until a contractor could make it to the house. All the while, she kept us in the loop from hundreds of miles away. Shortly thereafter, she found exemplary tenants for our home. We were admittedly nervous to have strangers living in our home, but Kristine has put us at ease, and we can't imagine trusting anyone else with our home!

This is the best company I have ever dealt with! Michele sold our home in 6 days!!
