I was a first time homeowner. I was ready to be done with renting and to lay down some roots. I came across Kevin Newsom from Michele Phillips & Co Realtors.

As soon as we met I knew he was the right fit. He listened to what I was looking for and the price range that was in my budget. It wasn't a few days later he was sending me listings. I didn't have to wait weeks or months for him to find me something. He was on top of it as soon as I decided to move forward.

What really stood out for me was how passionate he was about helping me find my perfect home. I work a 9-5 so I can't really go and look at houses during the week. But Kevin didn't mind even arranging showings after work as well as weekends. What was even more impressive was he was willing to look at homes for me while I was out of town.

Kevin went above and Beyond for me and I got the impression that's just how he works. That those he helps are all important and he won't stop until your are happy.
