I had an ice coffee two days back... that was disgusting and the worst one that I ever had in my entire life .....absolutely terrible experience from this place I will never buy anything here...

Stale cupcake, I bought it and threw it in the bin straightaway. I could tell it was stale as soon as i had a bite. Would not recommend at all!
The guy that works there (George St Michel's Pattiserie ) do not know what he was doing. He clicked on my entertainment book voucher and redeemed my voucher and did not give the deal for my coffee. he was really rude with bad customer service. I ended up buying coffee from a stall nearby which was much busier.
I called to ask for directions on how to get to the shop as I was lost and after a few minutes of telling me its at 'town hall square' I was hung up on. I then went to call again and they did not answer. I then called another 3 times and they did not pick up. When I then did find the store I asked who I had spoken to on the phone and that the person had hung up on me, a very rude Asian lady shook her head to the other lady and they proceeded to lie to me and say that 'that girl had left for the day'. I knew they had lied to me as I said that it was quite rude that I was hung up on and then no one answered when I tried to call back. The 2 girls proceeded to laugh at me while I was still standing there. I was in shock! Absolutely horrible people and customer service and I refuse to ever go back. I highly suggest to others to not go there also.
