my dad calls to get explanations of his fees still owed and can never get a call back. there is no communication from him when you need assistance. the paralegal has an attitude as well and emails when you need a call back. big disappointment in a trustee when you seriously question the fees still owed and can't get a detailed explanation of the fees. absolutley no respect for my father as a person to help him out. my dad has questions on the statements since the amount keeps changing and can not get a call back. nice mr macco charges his fee but makes zero effort to help my father out or return a phone call.
