MiCamp Merchant Services Review

Being a small business owner for 27 years, this is the best merchant service I have had. They don't just sell the product to you then call it a day. They follow up with you make sure everything is ok. The customer service is quick and knowledgeable, if there are problems that they could not solve while you are on the phone, they will call or email you with the solutions the same day. And the most important is their rate, it's best deal I've ever had. Great job!

MiCamp Solutions has been an amazing company to work with! I get a couple annoying calls a week from processing companies trying to get my business, so I was very reluctant to make the change. My rep Wu Olsen made the transition easy and seamless. He went above and beyond to communicate and make sure we were on the same page with everything. We are now saving lots of time and money. This company has phenomenal service and you can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a new payment provider and found MiCamp. Submitted the application and was approved within 20 hours. Three days later my new website was live with credit card payments. I have been using them for over a month and the first recurring payments came through yesterday. They offer a lot of options to implement payments from simple to complex, depending on your skill level. Every method is documented. All in all a good solution for me.

I am the owner of BMK Golf Carts. MiCamp has been a pretty good service thus far. We have had a few issues in or transition over to the new operating system which is why I am not giving a 5 star review. Otherwise pretty good company to work with.
