I recently used a transportation service that I had high hopes for, but my experience did not meet my expectations. 🚗 While the booking process was straightforward, the arrival time was significantly delayed, leaving me waiting longer than anticipated. The vehicle itself was not as clean or well-maintained as I would have preferred, which took away from the experience. Additionally, the driver's navigation seemed questionable, adding to the journey time. Overall, it felt more like a hassle than a convenient option. I would not consider using them again. 😞
