I have rented several cars in several countries around the world. But I am really impressed with this company, they provide a fantastic service from the start, they have offcourse standard email responses when you book a car with them.

But I had a few questions for them, and contacted them on their Whats App which was also available, and jesus, they are really quick to respond.

And now comes the best part, they deliver and pick up the car at your address, or wherever you want it. I am totally impressed, and every time you have a question for them, yes it takes a maximum of 5 minutes before you have an answer, during their opening hours.

I can only recommend others to rent a car through them, even their drivers who deliver and pick up are really nice and easy to talk to :)

I recently rented a vehicle for my trip, and the entire experience was not what I expected. 🚗 The car I received had some maintenance issues that weren't addressed prior to my rental. Communication with the staff felt a bit lacking, as my queries took longer to be answered than anticipated. Additionally, the return process was somewhat confusing, causing unnecessary stress. While the location is convenient, the overall service did not meet my expectations. I hope there can be improvements made for future customers. ✋
