One of the best ballparks I've ever been to! The vibe it gives off is awesome! It has that island/tropical feel to it, not to mention, it was literally spotless! JF#16 will be greatly missed.

Food expensive but temp was great w roof closed. One of the vendors, #13, needs to pull up his pants, boxers showing. They should make them have belts and check them. Overall good experience.

A very nice ballpark. I have not been to a game with the roof open yet but inside during a night game was very nice. There are a lot of food choices available, though pretty pricey, and the views of the city in the background are really nice. An enjoyable place to watch the Marlins play.

I took a stadium tour on a day other than the match day. The stadium is beautiful. You can also visit the press room, the pool on the left side and the clubhouse.

The area around the stadium does not seem to be a very safe area, and I am a little scared at night. It's just quiet, so I don't know if it's actually dangerous.

As the old expression goes you take the good with the bad.

Attended my first ballgame at this stadium.

It could be that this experience was more amplified by the fact that the Yankees were in town because everything is more amped up when the Yankees are involved.

So, let s walk through this first time experience one part at a time.

Bad; when we tried to exit 95 to go to the park we sat in traffic for ninety minutes waiting for the interminable red lights.

Ninety minutes to go under two miles!

How come the team has made no arrangements with the city to expedite traffic on game days?

A dedicated traffic lane would go a long way to allievate the frustration of sitting in traffic watching a traffic light change over and over again.

Good; although there was a very long line getting into the prepaid parking garage, once we left the garage the ballpark was literally right across the street

Very easy access.

Bad; once in we decided to grab a bite to eat.

Two pork sandwiches, two hot dogs (the small ones, not the foot longs), a beer, and a water.

Can you say $55.50?

Now add two pretzels (if you can find the stand; only one in the whole park) and you can add another $11.

Good thing I hit the ATM before we went into the game.

No food once in your seats, but you can buy a beer for supposedly $14, even though I only received $5 change from my $20. Guess the vendor believed he deserved a tip so he took it himself.

How come no food vendors walking around the stands?

I was still hungry and I would have gladly taken out a second mortgage to buy a hamburger.

Good; this place is non-stop action.

Music, flashing lights, dancing girl cheerleaders, bilingual cheering, and giveaways; it was all there.

The place was alive with people moving around in droves.

Although it boardered on sensory overload and had more of a minor league approach to the sport it was still very entertaining.

Bad; all these distractions made it difficult to settle into the game itself.

It was almost like the ballgame was secondary to the show.

Good; as we left the parking garage to once again fight the traffic gridlock there at the exit was a young lady employee smiling and waving goodbye.

Nice touch.

So there you have it.

All things considered I would probably not go back, at least not when the Yankees come to town, because it just did not feel like a real ballgame and I really feel offended by the ridiculously high food prices.

How could a family of four or five afford a night out at the ballpark without dipping into the kids college fund?

This is a must experience, even if you don't watch baseball otherwise !!! People in a good mood, lots of shows and lots of stalls with food and drinks. The roof of the stadium was completely closed when it rained and for me personally it was not too air-conditioned. Outside the stadium the beer is very expensive ($ 14), in the stadium there was a pre-game happy hour ($ 4 per beer), otherwise $ 9 to $ 13. I can't judge the quality of the food. I can confirm the taxi price from South Beach with $ 25! Taxi available immediately after the game.

Awesomr

An experience unlike any other major league ballpark. Cheerleaders, the nightclub out in left field, fishtanks behind home plate, the sculpture, the authentic Cuban food...all decidedly different. But it's a great place to watch a baseball game too...not a bad seat in the house.

I think this park is fabulous - (Marlins are not always fun to watch) seating and the staff are top of the line. Always a pleasant temperature :) Great place for the kids - easy access. Place is spotless - food could be a bit better especially for the price it is sold for!

Amazing

We were visiting from Arizona and Diamondbacks season ticket holders. My family went to the St. Louis Cardinals vs Miami Marlins game. Everyone working at the park, from the parking garage attendants, the gate security, the concession stand workers, team shop personnel, ushers and supervisors were all kind, professional, and pleasant to be around making our visit all around great. They even went out of their way to show us around all areas of the ballpark. I will definitely come back for another game. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for us. I would reccomend to anyone in town to go see a Marlins game. If I lived here, I would definitely be a season ticket holder.

What a gorgeous ball field! Marlins Park has the friendliest park employees on the east coast . The view of Miami from inside the park is beautiful. The food is tasty and eclectic (including traditional ball park food, Latin dishes, Asian cuisine, and even pastrami and corned beef sandwiches) the retractable roof and the giant glass wall are mechanical marvels! This is a gem for the MLB!

This place is horrible. The concessions is a total fail. There is a huge lack of customer service. It s such a shame it really could be a world class experience. But they fall short with basic customer service.

A classy baseball stadium with a retractable roof and a great family family atmosphere. Games are very under attended and great seats are easy to get at the last minute. If you are in the area .. GO!
