Very bad service! One star is way too much for them. My mom fell at her assisted living facility and after more than 1 hour and 20 minutes they had still not showed up to take her to the hospital. In speaking to the nurse at the ALF they said this happens ALL THE TIME with this company. Not sure how they still keep calling them or why they are still in business.
Absolute crooks! I received a bill for a simple transfer for my daughter with no emergency required at an insane rate. They showed up an hour lat for a 6 mile transfer. They thought my insurance was going to pay but did not so upon investigating found that they claimed they had to use supplies that they never did. Now I am being charged fraudulently for something that was never used. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course some clown Shadyia (Shady) B. told me that I couldn't. She is just as guilty.

They brought my mom from Palmetto General Hospital with music and positive attitudes. She looks happy like never before. I want to thanks Amy Aguilar and Edwin Gomez. They show me they really care for the oldest. She is 81 yrs old. Professionalism, kindness, and compassion .
Awful. I was in a car accident that was no fault of my own. It was in the process of going through my attorney to reach a settlement on bills generated from this accident. I talked to reps from Miami-Dade Ambulance all through the process to keep them up to speed on the status of the case and they still turned my account over to collections. The case settled this month which is when this ambulance company referred my account to collections. This is totally unacceptable and ruining people's credit.
Terrible service never arrive at the requested time
When the answers are called, they are unprofessional. On one occasion, I demanded to go because they were late and the operator answered that this service was not a taxi.
Another time my family member missed the dialysis shift because the ambulance was late
Quick response and very attentive to needs of spouse. They were caring and patient and we are very appreciative for their services. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you.
So instead of actually addressing my complaint, they deleted my previous comment. Their EMTs almost left me: a victim of domestic abuse on my own, let me know that I should figure it out myself, blamed me for being in an abusive relationship, and one emt actually asked me if I had a job and how about I find one. He seriously asked me if I had a job in the middle of a pandemic stay at home order when most businesses were shut down and millions of people were out of work. I found that insulting. This happened on March 26th this year so how about you actually address my complaint.
On July 11th at 5:15 PM, ambulance number 135 was driving very recklessly going east bound on killian drive. He cut multiple people off, myself Included, without using his indicator in a non emergency situation. This driver is supposed to be responsible for safety yet he almost caused multiple accidents.
