Awful. I was in a car accident that was no fault of my own. It was in the process of going through my attorney to reach a settlement on bills generated from this accident. I talked to reps from Miami-Dade Ambulance all through the process to keep them up to speed on the status of the case and they still turned my account over to collections. The case settled this month which is when this ambulance company referred my account to collections. This is totally unacceptable and ruining people's credit.
