The food took forever to arrive. It looks like they are extremely short staffed in the kitchen. There is no social distancing in the restaurant, all the tables are full and there is barely enough space for the waitresses to go between the tables.

I went on the 17th January in the evening around 7...

I went on the 17th January in the evening around 7pm. First impression is good, interior was nice as well as the appearance from the outside. Got a table of 3 and ordered 2 shisha pipes. One flavour being Lemon, Mint (a bit 25%) & Orange. This was a great option, smooth and the shisha lasted till we left. The other flavour - Paan, Vanilla & Coconut, the flavour didn't last long (approx 45 mins) and the flavour wasn't great. The service is appalling. When a shisha place is packed, ensure there is enough staff to cater for the needs of the customers. Just trying to get a coal change took over 20 minutes of them arriving and when we want to pay the bill, that took around 10 minutes to provide us with the bill. We ordered extra drinks and it never arrived, luckily they didn't charge us as we are already fuming. Music was loud which meant we had to shout instead of talk. I am sure this place would be better if they had more staff, you cannot accommodate staff to cater for both floors. Parking, you are better off after 7pm. They do accept card and cash for payment. Overall - It was an ok experience, weren't the best unfortunately. I personally wouldn't go back there unless the improve the service and shisha.

The rudest people I have encountered so far in London. Most of the staff don't speak English and that makes it hard to communicate. The manager himself was not able to understand our inquiries. They apparently felt the need to inform us of their 'minimum order' policies once we had settled in and ordered.They kept demanding that we order more and did so in a very sexist and border line racist manner. A big NO for this place.

All I can say is avoid this place, terrible service, terrible shisha and when I spoke to 4 different members of staff to fix it they couldn't and the manager came over really rude and looking annoyed that we weren't happy with the shisha and the service. I ordered tea and they brought over hot water in a kettle and gave me a tea bag to put in. So the service is like self service. I paid and left and never going back.

Working here for 2 months made me realise I will never step foot back into this poorly managed shisha lounge. As a freelance employee I saw how spiteful and selfish the owners are. They have no care for their workers or customers. Working tirelessly for 2 months I didnt get my first months wages till the 2nd month and have only been paid 1/3 of my wages a whole month later. They still owe me but I have given up because its a waste of time.

Management is poor. Service is abolutely disgraceful. The tired and hungry staff eat your PAID food before it is served to you! I am sorry to all my friends who I brought here in order to better the business, my bad.

All in all this is place is a deadpack. Never roll.

I went for lunch, it was so good! There seems to be some negative reviews but i think this must be in regards to the evening when apparently it gets very busy. I recommend it as a daytime spot for good affordable food. I got a wrap, chips and drink all for 6 quid, not bad! The skittles flavour shisha was yummy and unique. The fatoush salad was delicious too and I can't fault the service. All in all a good experience.

Don't like leaving bad reviews, but I had to this time. The service received was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, rude staff member (Hassan) insisted on not writing the food order down instead relying on his poor memory, he then got the food order incorrect. He then proceeded to over charge us for food we didn't request and got very aggressive & rude when we challenged it.

I would've been okay to pay the extra charges if the food was satisfactory but it wasn't. Shawarma was cold and lamb tasted stale.

1 Star, wont be visiting again and would not recommend.

Went for a colleagues birthday with a group of 6 people. This place is great, good food, nice shisha and great music! They played all types of music and we really enjoyed the vibe and ambience of the place. Very busy, but the service we received was top class, will definitely be visiting again.

Extremely unprofessional and rude! We were seated by the staff members, which was fine. When we wanted to order, the staff member called the 'manager' to help us. Then the manager was very rude. We wanted 2/3 shisha pots and some alcoholic beverages. The manager told us word for word 'Our alcohol license finishes at 1am, but if you order 5 shisha pots I will give you alcohol'. We explained, half our group doesn't smoke shisha, and he just said 'order 5 shisha, I give you alcohol', in a very rude manner. He was talking amongst the other staff about us, giving up inappropriate 'rude' looks. We felt extremely uncomfortable so we left.

I feel as if though the manager needs to be demoted and trained properly on what customer service is and how to deliver good customer service.

One staff member was exceptionally rude, by far the worst customer service I have ever received, we came to have shisha and tea, he told us a group of our size (4) needed to order 2 shishas minimum, as only 2 of us smoked that made no sense, so he continued to get angrier and said "Okay its either 2 or none, and once I bring your tea you have 5 mins left on the table, this is not costa". We felt like it was an underlying racism issue, we genuinely wanted to buy one shisha but they denied meaning that it wasnt about the money, either way it was their loss. Time to fire this person I think or put him through proper customer service training. Would never go again, it wasn't even busy at the time for them to make a 5 minute time limit. Tables were also far too cramped in together.

Even though this place has many bad reviews I stil...

Even though this place has many bad reviews I still consider it one of the best in the area. Their shisha looks cheap, as the Starbuzz makes it, but the taste is great. It lasted for more than 2hrs which is considered as very good. The staff is said to be bad, but I had no problem with them. The Egyptian guy was great, quick and very friendly. I would recommend this place as for a shisha. Hadn't tried food though.

Forced to share my bad experience this weekend.
Second time for me that I come to this restaurant, the first time was with friends and it was great.
My parents came to spend the weekend at home so I decided to bring them to this restaurant, bad idea.
It was Saturday night, the restaurant was hosting a big group for a birthday from what I understood.
The boss decides to set up the music as if we were in a nightclub and believe me I know what I say, but he may have forgotten that his activity is to be a restaurant, at least in the room where we were. Being in family we could not hear ourselves talking, and I do not abuse.
One time, my husband went to see the bartender asking him to lower the volume, he replied that he did not manage (I do not blame this server who was also very nice and professional with us on the contrary and thank you to him for his kindness) so without result but the boss who was sitting next to us very well.
A second time, I ask this gentleman to go down. What is he doing ? It increases the volume.
We ordered appetizer and dish and we were on an aperitif. We decide to leave immediately because such a lack of respect can not be tolerated.
As soon as that big gentleman saw that we were going to leave, very angry, he fell and very badly aroused me and took high by explaining me that there is a birthday.
Dear Sir I am speaking to you, when you have a birthday, allow yourself to privatize your room if you think disturbing the welfare of others.
I work in a coffee shop a hundred meters from this restaurant and I have always advised.
I will never stay in this place again and will NOT recommend it to all my clients for this lack of respect and professionalism on the part of this gentleman.
A big thank you to our waitress and bartender who were very nice to them.

The general manager at the lounge is really rude, genuinely makes customers feel uncomfortable and intimidated. It's a shame because the location is ideal but the staff ruin it. I won't return because of the rude and arrogant manager.

I came to Mia Lounge yesterday with a group of my friends (2nd November) as my regular shish lounge was closed, I had the worst experience stood at the door for more than 10 mins as their was no space, the staff knew we where waiting for a table to become free. 5 people come & walk straight passed us, spoke to the staff & got a table straight away, honestly that s a disgrace. I know for sure they did not have a booking. Is this the way you treat your customers !!!!!! if it is it s disrespectful, I refuse to spend my money in a place where there is no respect. You need to keep proper staff. Had to give 1 star in order to write this review I would give this place No stars. Don t waste your time going.
