Very dissatisfied with the service this time. $188.00 my daughter got a haircut, half of her hair colored ( when it was supposed to be the whole head colored) and they didn't even style it for her. So because they messed up, I had to make two trips, pay extra because it took longer and send my child to school for two days with half her hair done. They made it seem like it was my fault but they would fix it for free. Need I say more...
I ve been going here since 6th grade, I d never go anywhere else in NKY! Very clean and professional, you feel pampered every time you re there. Popcorn is always hot & ready!
My boyfriend and I went for a couple's massage here today. This was our first time visiting and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The facility is beautiful, but the spa was amazing. It was so peaceful amd relaxing from start to finish. Our massages were done by Deborah and Darleen and they are so great! We will be returning! Highly recommend.

I have been a customer here for several years on the salon side. This was my first time using the spa side. I got a swedish massage and it was amazing. I was really nervous, but my massage therapist was wonderful and within the first 10 minutes I just felt my whole body give in and relax. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Alexis - I intend to when I go back.
I love coming here to get pedicures! The staff is always friendly and does a great job. I also love the atmosphere and decor. They have a cute little boutique with some really cute items. I got this cute kimono cardigan once, and the prices aren't really that bad for what you're getting. I would definitely recommend coming here for any of the services they offer!
This salon is fantastic. I spontaneously decided I wanted to cut all of my hair off, so I made an appointment here simply because it was well rated. I d never been there before or known anyone who has. I went in kind of nervous because the way I wanted my hair cut was a little tricky and I only had a few photos as an example. They set me up with Rhonda, and she was literally the best hair stylist I ve ever experienced. She was so friendly and she was very determined to make me happy with my hair. She made sure she knew EXACTLY what I wanted before we even started and she talked through everything she did. She took every comment I made and changed even the smallest things I d asked her to. She was such a lovely person and the entire experience was just great.

Always a great place to take the family too. You get what you pay for and Tiffany is a little on the high side but her work is flawless in every sense. She makes my family feel great and look even better every time we go there. This is the best salon to go too in town and Tiffany is without a doubt one of the best in the building.
I created my own mini spa day and really loved it!!! Olivia did my private pedicure where you are truly relaxed and receive complete pampering. I upgraded to receive a quick facial and it left my skin soft and clear. Heather did my manicure and did some cute art. Darlene's massage was definitely a gift from heaven!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress enough how amazing she is. I had so many knots and a hip injury and she just seemed to unlock them like magic. I am feeling completely better. Finally, I saw Marissa for a keratin treatment and a color. She is completely gifted in color and keeps it looking beautiful even up to months later. It never turns and fading is extremely minimal. It was my first time doing a full keratin. I have truly crazy wavy curly hair and my hair feels like silk now. It is crazy how it thinned it down without removing any hair. So perfect!!!! This was an amazing way to unwind from all the stress that's going on. I strongly recommend these ladies, especially Darlene and Marissa!!
