Fox tower is very bright and has amaxing service in almost all departments. It's very inviting to guests

Great rooms that are clean and comfortable. Great restuant, "Juniur's" right downstairs. Great breakfast and all meals. Close to casino and a lot of other shops. Love going there.

It's got some fun stuff going on but the slots don't pay like they used too.

Room was very clean and nice... Just wish they had an inside pool... Very long walk to the other side.

I worked there over twenty years it is a good place for entertainment

Great rooms but a long walk to other areas of the main casino..

Check in was a breeze room was decent. beds were very bad could feel the springs thru the pillow top the chair was saggy and my back and wifes back was sore from sitting in it. rooms were clean and kept that way for our three day stay. internet was ok and free.. shower water pressure was very poor we were on the 14th floor. the view from the room was a big expanse of pine trees . not sure if we would stay there again.

The water in our room was tepid no hot! The lamp and clock radio didn't work. In the casino. twice on different days I asked to have a machine cleaned .the attendant was doing the machine 2 machines away me she'd be right there and walked away

Room was nice and spacious. It was also very quiet even though we had noisy neighbors. Loved the proximity to the casino and easy walking to the other casino. Housekeeping was also spot on!

A few months ago i would go to concerts, shopping, and gambling. All of those and more are excellent at foxwoods Resort Casino. I love that there is so much to do there. I like to visit often. 2020 i will be there for sure.

Beautiful with alot to do. Bring comfortable shoes.

Love this place, its always a relaxing visit and it seems like they add or change something each time i visit.

Room was wonderful. We stayed overnight and saw a show. I was only confused because for breakfast the next morning it felt line nothing was open at 10am on a Sunday.

Had an amazing time as usual at Foxwoods. The staff was attentive and courteous.

Too overcrowded. Couldn't play. Left to Mohegan sun because of this.

Very comfy beds however. As soon as u enter lobby, if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you WILL pick it up. And am they have areas within casino that they call 'non smoking', which is a complete joke because there is only area separating the clean air from the polluted air. Duh! Does not work

So much to do. Great Mall, lots of variety, convenient location to hotel.

Love this place, been here many time 2 hour fide but well worth the ride especially if you like bingo they got the best bingo...

If you want to stay at this hotel thinking that it will be very nice and upscale. You will be very disappointed

was very upset with the room. this was my first visit to foxwoods and our bathroom flooded when it wasn't even being used. water all over the floor. called the front desk. plumber came in flushed the toilet a few times and said it was fixed??? went to shower later flooded all over again. not happy at all with my first say. wouldn't go back or recommend.

We stayed for a night last Friday 9/21 into Saturday 9/22. Nice room, had a great view from the 15th floor. The room was clean. Was told to try the jacuzzi tub, filled the tub got in and went to turn the jets on only to be disappointed and they didn t work. Maybe next time we stay the tub will work and I ll change my rating to a 5 star.

ushers were very friendly. went to a ten pm show for adults over 16. there was a 3 year old sitting behind us. why would he be allowed? loud tablet noises

Dealers cheat. Several of their dealers in both tournament and cash games looked at cards bottom as they dealt cards. Only went to see new poker room. Nothing but house players and senior citizens. Go to Boston for a real gaming experience. If you must go. Watch the dealers hands. Otherwise steer clear of these deck stacking tournament dealers and house player and whatever other shams they have running.

Me and my wife come here for her birthday every year, and it is always a good experience!!!

Amazing rooms. Very, very clean. Staff is friendly and nice. And appear to like their job which is always a good sign. Appliances, facilities, utilities and fixtures are very modern. A slight walk from the hotel to casino/basically anything you want to do. But they have plenty of walking aids (escalators, moving floors) so that complaint is almost invalid. Highly recommend. Would/will definitely come back here.

Ate at the red lantern table/bottle service at shrine and spend a nice night in a suite in the fox tower.

Beatiful, theater is nicely designed, a little too much smoke, and little bathrooms. Over all I nice place. A nice family friendly casino.

The workers at the hotel and the casino are very rude and strange. We got a sweet and there was one bed with 6 chairs for sitting people. If you expect at least six people to be in the room wouldn't you expect the people to sleep there,therefore requiring more beds . Had to pay an extra 50 bucks just for two more cots. Never will I ever stay again

It needs more restaurants and the few that are very poor the menu.

Have stayed here many times for different conventions. Love the rooms. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. Rooms in this tower are very nice. Love that once you step out of elevator your right there at the casino.

I stayed in the Director's Suite. The price per night is roughly $300.00. At this price my expectations are high with regard to quality of the room, including the furniture.
The Suite had watermark stains on all the furniture tops. The edges of the furniture were worn down enough to expose the bare wood. The couch was not vacuumed good. Looked like nail clippings on it. I called requesting a different room and explained the situation. They graciously gave me another room.
This room was much better, although the furniture has seen better days. The bathroom had chips along the edge where a door banged in to it. There was no hairdryer, the refrigerator was empty and amenities sparse. The sofa was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I ever sat on.
Foxwoods Tower needs to seriously update at least the Director's Suites to be in line with the price they charge.
Get with it Foxwoods, the customers expect better from you.

Always clean and so many stores to visit, they are always up to date on decorations and they are always over the top with giant trees and many Halloween activities and decorations. Have been there to almost every halloween since they opened and I make sure to go and visit around Christmas to see the decorations.

Good mix for gambling. Did not like Guy Fieri's food.

Clean. All employees were very helpful. The food and shows were amazing. Parking was close. Was very easy to find my way around.

Good hotel lots of things here , the reason for only 3 stars the beds were horrible

My friends and I really enjoy coming here. Nice shopping mall attached. Good tunes playing, and good priced table games.
