We stayed at the Fox Tower on Saturday night after seeing Steve Martin and Martin Short. It is supposed to be a 4 Diamond hotel and we paid $570 for ONE night. Disappointed. The TV did not work and it was placed in such a way in the room, it made it difficult to walk around. The clock radio did not work (even though you don't need it since we have cell phones but it's the principle). The automated system to see or pay your bill was down and they told us at the desk it had been down for weeks. There was a huge stain outside our bedroom door as if someone had thrown up. Now all these things are not horrible but for a 4 diamond hotel that was almost $600 a night, it is unacceptable and I can not give a 5 star review. The Two Trees Hotel is much less expensive and has the same amenities and is very comfortsble.

First time there, went for a show at The Grand Theater. The tower was easy to navigate and had a lot of options for food albeit expensive although it is a casino. Show was good and if you're stupid and bring your pocket knife you can actually get it back after the show, only time I've ever experienced that. Played $5 dollars on the slots and managed to leave with enough to cover a little over half what I had played for dinner so that was pretty sweet.

Good options are available for many budgets at the tower...we opted for the steak house which was expensive ...but an amazing experience. The games are great and all over the place, only con is indoor smoking ...and tables becoming expensive to quickly

Not bad but nothing to write home about. Room was pretty clean but bathroom fixtures should've been replaced a few years ago, faucet wobbles, air vent has several years of dust in it, floors feel like waxed (I doubt they are) ... You get the picture, typical tourist trap where they lure you with nice pictures and then you get a standard disappointment served as an experience. Will be back only if a really good deal is offered to me. Otherwise, will pass with no regrets.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and one of the best casinos period! Looking for a night out? Plan your next stay here! It gets quite busy on the weekends, naturally, so take that into account. I enjoy staying and exploring the whole casino; you'll always find s more nothing new, whether its food or games!

Luv it

I stayed when it was the MGM Grand and it is nothing but fabulous, slots are very tight but there are other things to do like drive up to Nordic Lodge in Rhode Island for that fabulous lobster buffet or Abbotts...

Love the shops and restaurants, the gambling is okay. I go for a days getaway, last thing I want to see and hear are kids. Bad move to allow children. Casinos are for adult fun.

Waste of time n money. Almost every thing is closed. The rooms are very dated. I think next time I'll stay at a Homewoods Suite. Much nicer and half the price. I do not recommend this casino.

Excellent experience. Complimentary valet parking and self park garage. Beautifully decorated lobby. Front desk staff, Jessica quite friendly and accommodating at check in at 4pm. Elevator up was quick. Stayed on the 28th floor, room 104, facing the forest. Other side faced the Hwy. The room was an updated King room. Room was flawless. Heating/cooling was instant. Shower temperature adjustment was on point. No cool spots in bathroom after shower. View was incredible. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've e slept on in a hotel. Def 5/5 stars in all aspects. No complaints whatsoever.

Nice place to stay even during covid. There is a couple casinos and restaurants open. The Zipline and virtual thing for the kids is open. I am not sure if the car track is open. The outlets close at 7 pm so do your shopping during the day. Foxwoods has a hotel room discount right now so if your looking for something to do head on over to Foxwoods where you will have a great time!

Foxwood is a nice place to visit but was not impressed by the slot machines in the first two casinos until I went to the Cedars Casino. Needs more updated slot machines. Cedars had a lot of slots to choose from and we're more up to date. Lots of food places to choose from.
