We came to visit the outlets and it smelled like a sewer pipe broke. It was really bad!!! Only giving the 2 stars because the outlet was decent.
I was really disappointed with our stay this week. We experienced an 8 hour wait to check in, no towels at the pool, long lines (just to get on the elevator) and power outages. There is a week long dance competition that seems to have taken over every part of the hotels. I would probably stay at mohegan sun even if I was comped rooms here.
Super nice staff at check in. Nice room! Lost all our money, but had fun doing it LOL!
I'm local, but ended up staying overnight for a wedding. The room itself was nice, had a great view, and the bathroom was particularly fancy. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff were incredibly nice. I only had a few complaints. The bed sheets were fairly uncomfortable and the pillows were too tall for my neck. There were some people talking and slamming a door at 3am down the hall from us and the sound carried way more than I think it should. Both led to not having the best night of sleep. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in, and maybe my experience was unique. I would recommend staying here if you're going to the casino since its location is right next to the gambling floor.
Omgoodness!! We went there for Wheel Of Fortune and well... we had so much fun for that and playing the games( atm onlys let you take $100. Minimum)
Theater and atmosphere was great. Staff was helpful. Parking and signage was a problem
We had a very nice room, plenty of space and designed well. The breakfast in bed was okay, not good or bad, just nothing truly great. Service throughout the experience was of great quality however, will definitely be looking to come back here.
Stayed here several times. Always good experience, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff.
Attended an event and left without any issues, the place was really busy.
Beautiful place, it was clean, friendly staff. They were very helpful
Had to go down to the lobby 4 times to get my room sorted out. They gave me a smoking room then my room keys didn't work 3 times.
Lots of fun, and the people watching is always great. Obviously, very expensive, but you're paying for the convenience and location.
Cool art I saw at Foxwoods tower-artist is really good. Was there to see Reba concert for my wife's Birthday. Concert was an hour & a half at best-overall fun time.
Attended the Get the Led Out Concert and had a great time! Such a beautiful venue that provides an intimate experience.
Quieter than othercasinos there, perfect if u don't like crowds. Casios have discounts for in service and vets., everywhere . Bring proof. Chean, no problem getting drinks.
Nice rooms, good dining at you finger tips, abundance of slots. Nice to have the Tanger Outlets there too.
Very fun and alive atmosphere! Almost everyone had a smile on their face the whole time I was there. I spent a night there and enjoyed it very much. Tons of casino rooms and games to play, generous amount of options in terms of food and shops, and beautiful views from the room we stayed at!
Always fun at Foxwoods. Unfortunately, they are cutting back on the perks of visiting. Slowly getting less enjoyable every visit, but still with an occasional visit.
Producer Suite was very nice. Large room with seating area. Nice size glass shower with hot tub.
I have stayed at a hotel near by, however, I go for the fun at the casino. I always have a nice time.
Fun!
Fun!!
Fun!!!!
What more can I say!
Hotel, shopping, food, shows, casino!
This place is starting to look run down when checking in they stereotype me and my wife we had just driven 18 hours to get there employees are not nice here at all
Went to a Concert there and spent the night. Great place
It was fun we played bingo food at the buffet was over priced
Very nice, climate controlled, not a bad seat in the house.
Our stay at the grqnd pequot tower was wonderful. Room clean and very comfortable for a relax night.
It was all amazing. The bouncers at both clubs were so nice and helpful
I get a suite with x2 balconies to find out they lock the doors and won't open them. Why would i ask for a balcony suite if i cant use them. The room was beautiful but that should of been brought up before booking.
Rooms are ok "sometimes" dirty last 2times i stayed. Customer service especially at check isnt the greatest and at times you feel very unwelcome
Great service by car valets ,bellman very coutious and fast ,rooms are great
We booked a girl's weekend months before our arrival and after speaking with a hotel representative, we were told that we'd have complimentary pool use. We purchased new bathing suits and planned our relaxing Sunday by the pool. Upon arrival, however, we learned that the pool was not accessible on Sundays during the Summer unless $30 tickets were purchased to enter the "pool party." Once we had agreed to fork over the money, we were told that the party was sold out and that our only options were to use one of the two indoor pools. So the three of us (one being a very pregnant woman) made the long trek to the beautiful indoor pool at the Grand Pequot hotel only to find out that there was a $15 charge per person to utilize the pool. All around, TERRIBLE customer service, management was rude and unhelpful and quite frankly, it was a very sub par room for the money we spent.. Avoid at all costs!
Fun to be onsite at Foxwoods. Room clean and nice but beginning to show some wear.
Went to see a concert, very pleased with the facility and atmosphere.
Rooms are beautiful. Distance to main Foxwoods gambling center dofficult for handicapping impared
Very modern, clean hotel, but needs a little attention to detail
We went bowling at high rollers we had a lot of fun! Great place
Wasn't impressed. Machines cost too much money to use. I can use three quarters in Springfield Massachusetts but here it takes seven to play.
So much to do but always so little time. Not just an average casino. Loaded with night clubs and bars. Do not forget to visit the outlet
Great hospitality. Very responsive express service.
Fox wood is an awesome spot to hang out with my family. Although I couldn't find a play section for the kids.
Would probably not stay there again. Front desk was kind of rude. Didn't tell us where to go after check-in. The room seemed nice with a great view BUT there were spots that suggested the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, for example the bathroom sink had stains..
Extraordinary place many things to do. There is no dull moment. Enjoyed every minute
love the G spa at fox tower...great pool and hot tub..nice staff..Day Spa a great way to relax..order kunch in with a bottle of wine..delish!
