Only problem is that... I paid for late check out and my key card was shutoff before the time was up. When I realized the issue I had to stand in line for 30 min plus. Theu should've sent someone to me at my door room instead.

Already posted the miscommunication where we came to a show that wasn't happening.checked into hotel and wasn't notified we could have went back home 500.00 dollars later

I had a good time with the exception of the awful music going on in the Atrium needed to get out in a hurry! The music was SO Loud it hurt. The go Carts were the biggest hit with all of us really fast, fun to drive.

Rooms are looking pretty rough. Fridge sounded like it was giving all it could but never shut off and was audible over the tv. Tub had someone else's hair in it. Hot water not hot in shower. We paid for the upgrade to a suite, but it is clear attention to detail is gone. Feels like nothing is ever washed except the bed linens and towels. Soundproofing not great.

We have visited always the casino here and trust me you will get all the feelings of a great casino that you probably can get in Atlantic city or Vegas.

The rooms are very nice! The shower is amazing! But the staff at the front desk were very rude every time we dealt with them.

The fox tower is a great hotel. You get nice views of the scenery and pool. The only downside is you are on a far side of the property.

Always clean and provides water inside the hotel for you. Outlet is awesome!

Foxwoods as a whole has gone down hill. The Fox Tower is not a bad place to stay but dont expect a lot from it.

We attended the Sarah Silverman show at the Grand Theater. Prior to the show we had a nice dinner at Alta Strata. It's not the best restaurant at the casino, but it was near the theater and the waitstaff was delightful. Anytime at Foxwoods or Mohegan is usually a good time. Last night was no different.

Inadequate parking. The electronic sign said 4 of the 5 levels of the Fox tower parking garage were still open but that was a lie. The garage was full; 200 cars were competing for 0 spaces. Not a good way to start an evening of fun.

So clean and relaxing. Beautuful pkace and lots to do all day and night. Have Fun!

We ate at the Sugar Factory and the ultimate milkshake was awesome.

I played Thursday night into Friday morning... Seems like the slots don't pay as much as they used to. I paid to upgrade my suite and the room was amazing. Unfortunately, my stay was cut short because we didn't win anything... At all. 400 bucks down the drain... Seems like once the casinos opened in m
Mass and Rhode Island foxwoods is losing so much money. I would assume things are going to just get worse.

A little hard to navigate but worth the effort for the outlets and arcade

Was just there to gamble and the dealers are very friendly and helpful. Had a good time.

They did not have our promised room upon our arrival. So they upgraded us to a King Suite to rectify the situation. Excellent service at the front desk and in room dining. We will be returning.

Love the customer service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the selections of entertainment for everyone. Hotels are located within easy walking distance of event centers. There are multiple styles of rooms available. Staff does everything possible to make the stay the best possible.

Cool place. Water wasn't the best the first day but they took care of us.

Hotel is beautiful and unique. Rooms are circular rather than rectangle. Everything was clean and modern.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a few USB and electrical connections on the desk lamps which was very convenient. The only gripe was that during peak times, we had to queue up for the elevator to the room.

Great group of people , very energetic and a must see for yourself. The wonder of it all Foxwoods

Very nice hotel! Minus the mold in the room coffee machine. i experienced poor customer service (bellman) but did not let that spoil my stay!

The Tv needs to have an option of going down into console, without that your wasting a great view.

Seats are very close to each other, had to move because of a bit of claustrophobia...luckily empty sests available

Some servers are not friendly.They need to have more positive happy attitudes .

Both Hubby and I were blown away at how beautiful, big and spacious this place is! Was our 1st time there.. decided to stop by last minute, as we were in that area, after a visit in Rhode Island!
The staff were all so friendly, amazing.. plenty of table games and slots! Will definitely return with Family for our next visit! Enjoyable, great 1st time experience and we won a decent amount as well!!

Luxurious. Very clean. Super comfy beds. Loved the shower. Spacious room, well decorated. Ask for a room with a view. Non- Smoking available. Fridge. Bring a lighted makeup mirror. Check out easy. Check in....get in the right line, gets busy at check in time 4 pm. We will stay here again. We had an issue with loud partiers into the wee hours,but the hotel promptly attended to it to our satisfaction.

It was nice, and an amazing view. But it smell like cigarette smoke in our room.

I work in the Fox Tower and can say it gets pretty busy. There's a lot to do, from a small traditional gambling hall. To outdoor activities, dance clubs, swimming pool. Restaurant's, Rides, hotels, and shops. The only drawback is that during the weekends it can get quite crowded. But a good time none the less.

Went to Shrine a few times. It's a decent night club but the venue is rather small.

Fox tower is central to this location and I'd recommend it

People were not enjoying, The Wonder of it All. Machines and bells were not hitting, paper tickets are spit out, instead of money. Not reinforcing for slot players. Not enough staff. No joy in the casinos. Should be fun, but wasn't from what I saw. Casino taking in money. I thought the slot machines should be set so people won more. Seemed like machines were rigged not to hit. So sad.

While the room itself was decently appointed, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this hotel by choice without bringing their own HEPA filter along. The air quality throughout the hotel (and the property at large) was awful. My employer recently held a conference here, and multiple people (>10) complained of respiratory ailments during our stay. I didn't mind that people could smoke inside the casino, but it was clear that the HVAC system wasn't capable of filtering that smoke out of the air. The entire hotel, including my room, smelled it stale smoke. Other then that, my hotel room was adequate: the carpet had strange rolls/bubbles in places and didn't lay flat as though it hadn't been properly laid initially. The bed was decent and the shower was okay. There was a lot of gurgling coming out of the sink intermittently regardless of whether or not I was using the bathroom.

The room was spectacular. The view was gorgeous. I want to live in the shower!

My wife and I stayed at the fox tower the rooms are very clean as far as places to eat over there the picking are slim if u like to gamble there r plenty of choices if gambling not your thing then they have the tanger outlet shopping that mall has 3 floors its huge

Room was very expensive. Don't feel I got my money's worth in that regard. Everything else was great. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I absolutely love this place! Staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and always very clean. I look forward to staying this summer and taking advantage of the outside pool!

The stay was nice, casino was fun, the rooms are really expensive for a night though. We were there for a wedding at another venue and barely used the room.
