Beautiful hotel. Hotel personnel were very nice and great!

The Fox Tower was nice, although smoking is still allowed. They got rid of the Sex and the City slot machine which was disappointing. To navigate through the casinos were difficult if you haven't been there before. Overall I would go back.

Great for birthday celebration restaurant and casinos were fun

Went down there for the first time just for a day to check it out, play a few games, and have dinner. It's a very nice place, although some areas feel sparce. The casino floors are mostly slots and other machines unfortunately, but there are tables to find. Very nice restaurants/bars and a decent sized mall.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice little tight in the double queen bed rooms but very manageable, housekeeping does a great job keeping rooms immaculate. Little bit of a walk to other end of casino(i.e. cedars area and rainmaker area). Overall good experience for first time in that particular hoteo in foxwoods.

Nice rooms, very clean and well maintained but smaller than anticipated, and I had the directors suite. Staff was polite and courteous. Will definitely return.

Nothing normal I just did not like the collection system of reposition of the box of the machines completely unpleasant

I took my mother to the casino, like I try to every 3 weeks or so. Both of us are smokers, we sat at machines without "no smoking" signs. We were approached by an employee who told us we were not supposed to smoke there. I apologized and as I put out my cigarette explained how there was no sign to show us we were not allowed to smoke at the machines we sat at. He stepped closer to me and told me to look at the sign 3 rows away and progressively go more rude. I told him I believed him and he insisted that I looked at the sign in the other direction 2 rows away. He then stood next to us so we moved to another row to play for a few minutes before we left. He followed behind, at which point we left so we wouldn't feel like criminals for a mistake which I apologized for. My mother and I will take our business to Newport or Mohegan from now on.

We had the producer suite looking over the forest. Amazing view and very nice quality room for the Groupon rate.

Very disappointed. Asked security for directions and they were more concerned about my mask not covering my nose then customer service. Lost my future business here.

The room we stayed in was tiny. There was a one foot clearance between the bed and a gigantic column in the room. Coffee maker/cups were kept in the bathroom and the furniture was completely worn through. We chose the Fox Tower over the other casino hotels because of the outdoor pool but there was an additional $25 per person fee to use the outdoor pool on top of the regular resort fee. For our $400 night stay I could have stayed anywhere. The substandard room and inconvenient location to main casino area at Foxwoods were definitely a complete waste of money. I addressed all of this issues with the front desk manager who offered no resolution.

Concert hall at Foxwoods Tower was so nice and comfortable. Had a great time!!!

If I spent four beautiful days at the casino and I had a wonderful time, playing, eating and sleeping without worrying about anything, beautiful attention at the hotel, but everything has an end so my vacation is over and I will be back to reality until next year. It comes if I'm still alive

There is a problem because in bingo to find the videos you have to last 2 hours online and I am an older person with problems in the legs and the casino does not fix it and you have to walk a lot to find a slot. Try to fix that problem.

Friendly staff that genuinely trys their best to handle any accommodation requests. World class casino and hopefully you'll win and get to go the fantastic spa. Worth the trip!

We loved it! We had to call for towels and other essentials and they were delivered promptly. All staff encounters were cheery, and friendly, they even laughed at our sarcasm and goofy comments, definitely made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Staying at the fox tower is always a great experience. They have the best casino at the bottom of it, their location is great being near the spa. The view from the room is amazing and everyone is so friendly.

I'm just giving it 5 stars based on the amazing water pressure in the hotel. Lol it's like a fire hydrant. In and out of the shower in 5 minutes. Hair clean as a whistle. Clean rooms. No funky smell. And awesome quesadillas from room service.

Stayed here for one night to see a show. Saw Impractical Jokers and it was hilarious. Ate at the Italian restaurant downstairs it was amazing! Lost a bunch on the slots and that was ok. Shopped a bit in the shops. Overall awesome time

Love going to this casino first! Plenty of slot machines and food areas, bars, and entrance to tanger outlets. Wish they would have atleast one more table open of roulette and craps as it gets crowded quick on the tables. Especially on the holidays. Still a great start if it's a slow day.

I like going here for the free room. I like the people and how everything is so clean. I like the Veranda restaurant for their breakfast all you can eat. Great food and relaxing atmosphere. Affordable !

Very beautiful, spacious, and adequate amenities. So much to do and take in; impossible to be bored. Many options to choose from when it comes to food and/or entertainment.

My daughter and I went on a mother/daughter day and it was wonderful!! We ate at SUGAR and they had absolutely no problem with my daughter bringing in her service dog. They were VERY accommodating to us all!!!

Stayed at producer suite for 4 nights. Room is spacious, bathroom is very nice with a stand in shower and deep bath tub with jet. Spa onsite is nice, but a bit expensive. Restaurants are diverse. Plenty of stores to go shopping. Smoke everywhere at casino, I was surprised to see kids walking around everywhere.

Booked this room for our anniversary. We requested champagne in the room...first disappointment..not there. Lighting in the room was bad most of the lights did not work, especially in the bathroom could not even see to do hair or makeup! Now the tub...filthy full of hair and had not been cleaning in quite some time...totally gross! Furniture had seen better days very banged up. All night long the smoke detector flashed like a camera...right in the bedroom. The T.V. in the living room stayed on all night there was no way to shut it off by remote or on the T. V. itself! The phone next to the bed made a loud static noise all night. Not anything you would expect for the crazy money spent to stay here. Totally ruined what was supposed to be a special night. Never again at this hotel pretty bad! Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else. DIRTY!

Beautiful nice plus three floors of stores and food and there was a stuffed animal machine and you play till you win very nice and food was fantastic and it had a home feel to it

Fantastic hotel. Great views of the forest from the 29th floor. Definitely stay here again. A bit pricey for a weekend but well worth it to be on property.
