Elevator smells like weed but receptionist Erin was very efficient.

I just love staying at the Fox Tower. The summers are the best at the outdoor pool. The front desk/housekeeping staff are wonderful and accomodating.

Needs some cosmetic work in elevator and halls room was comfortable service is amazing

After a long drive, always met with a giant line for hotel checkin.... place is great if you can get past the frustrating 30 minute wait on arrival.

Beautiful and has everything for a fun weekend or week vacation for adults.

Always bring a gentleman here for fun and comaradery.

Had a wonderful time celebrating a friends 21st birthday. Patty made our weekend an exceptional story to tell for years. Looking forward to many more visits.

My wife and I had a comp. stay, they asked us what floor and when we got to our room, and amazing views 28th floor. Couldn't be happier!

I felt very safe here. Everyone was social distancing, and wearing masks. There were hand sanitizing stations up throughout the facility. I will indeed return.

Nice average hotel but not worth the price they are charging for basic amenities. They have good deals on weekdays but if you want to spend a night on the weekend the prices sky rocket. Get there early to check in because the lines get long around 6-7pm.

I love coming here!!! The rooms, the shows, the clubs, the slots!! The food!! Someday I ll hit that big money... until then I ll keep coming here!

Perhaps I am not here long enough to fully appreciate this hotel and give it a rating. I prefer to leave no reviews than to leave a terrible one. However, I feel compelled to say something about my first 20 minutes here...Terrible directions on the grounds to drive to the hotel tower, no one available at valet to park car, disinterested staff at the front desk, long lines for the elevators and dirty glasses outside the door of my room. Poorly made beds and a stale smell in the room. On the bright side, things can only improve from here.

Junior's at the tower is our favorite deli at Foxwoods. We eat there every chance we get. Today the slots were generous too

The room was very clean and well kept. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. We had a beautiful view of the surrounding valley from our 28th floor suite. 100% satisfied!!

It is a Casino that keeps Slots up to date. Wish the rooms were cheaper so we can spend the night and gamble more the next day.

Went to a concert at the Grand theatre; great acoustics and comfortable seating.

Nice hotel and my preferred hotel to stay at when I go to foxwoods..mostly because of location...located right in the middle of everything

Pool costs $25 to use, needless to say I didn't use it so I can't tell you how it was.

They charge $50 for a late check-out of 2pm.

The bellman was most helpful, very pleased with his service.

Got the suite comped. A little overkill. The tub and shower room were amazing. Go to juniors for lunch!

Service was great. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and the access to the casino was perfect. All you had to do is go down the elevator and there is the casino. And there are shops and restaurants everywhere either a close walk all the way to a longer 15 min walk to the other side of the complex.

You can take up to three full days roaming around the hotel's campus. You'll get to visit the rides (go karting was exceptionally good), Tanger shopping outlets, casinos, bars and restaurants. It's not the best place for kids especially under 10 or so, especially since most places except for the restaurants have age restrictions. I didn't find the hotel's customer service aspect to be the best. Not anything to worry about though. There's much more to this place than a hotel, if you don't know by now. Overall a great 2-3 day stay.

I think there machines as a whole pay out pretty better than the other casino.

Room was comfortable enough, nothing special. I was here for a work conference. I don't like casinos but I can't ding them because of my personal feelings. Take everything else away and it was just an average hotel room.

They could use better signs to find your way around

Went here for my 39th birthday! Had a great time. Staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were beautiful, especially the top floors with the great views.

Beds were comfortable, views were great, rooms were clean, hence the 3 stars earned, but other than the front desk staff, everyone else acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. Shame because it's a nice hotel. Also keep in mind everything smells of smoke.

One best casinos in northeast definately worth visting and staying here ..there is tons of entertainment at foxwoods for perfect weekend getaway

From the cramped room with the giant structural pillar to the loud late night neighbors to the loud, pounding, pulsating music from the nightclub lo ate into the night which made sleeping impossible, it was terrible. I tried calling the front desk to no avail. All that and the linens smelled funky. I will not be going back!!!

Great place for fun, shopping, food and thrill rides. From their 4 story free fall, and 4 story slingshot rides to their mile long zip line at speeds up 60 mph. Not to mention the great entertainment and shopping at the Tanger outlets. Fox Tower has something for everyone.

My bf & I took a ride off the top of the Fox Tower on Foxwoods Highflier Zipline & it was amazing!!

I am never disappointed by the rooms at Foxwoods. The only difficulty I encounter is parking. If you're there to wander for the day, being far from your car is not an issue. If you are staying overnight in the hotels, you need access to move luggage. We walked quite a ways with our three kids and many bags just to get back and forth to the hotel and our car. It was a half hour walk each way and my children were exhausted.
