Beth at the front desk is the absolute best. Her goal is truly to help. Although she works with a difficult sales team, she honors commitments and makes sure you re taken care of. She avoided us having to push a kitchen remodel. She s the reason we stayed on schedule. She made it happen. She was going to drive down the street and put our cabinet in her car and bring it to us. That s how willing she was. She s a tremendous asset to your company.

The only positive about this company is they are complete pushovers. Point out their inability to ship entirely or the countless items shipped incorrectly, and just sit back and watch the discounts and freebies come rolling in.
I was introduced to MFS by my kitchen installer. At first, I was hesitant to order my kitchen cabinets all the way from Ohio to South Florida but I'm glad I did. Not only were the cabinets the perfect color and style but Vic Cianti(my contact there) was the absolute best! The cabinets(assembled) arrived super well packed and in perfect condition. Vic's customer service far exceeded my expectations. Everyone that sees the kitchen transformation thinks these cabinets are custom made! I will recommend MFS to everyone I can!
After exploring every other option for kitchen cabinets (Cheapo Depot, local cabinetmakers, and everything in between) we found that MFS Supply had the best value. They don't have endless cabinet options, but they do have the most popular ones such as Shaker white and some greys.
We got plywood boxes, full-overlay cabinets and soft-close drawers for close to the same price as the particle board garbage at our local box store. The design team was very patient with multiple revisions, and even caught a few things that we had missed (i.e. we'd need spacers because the cabinets were full overlay).
We chose the free assembly and $75 delivery option, well worth the extra expense since we have a very steep driveway. The delivery guy went above and beyond to make sure the cabinets were unloaded and placed where we wanted them. Everything came that we ordered and was very well packaged to prevent damage. The cabinets were quality and installed nicely. We're happy with our choice.

Locks are cheap, over price, and missing keys and or hardware at least 1 outta every 10 locks. Reps not very professional when contacting about issues of purchased items. Definitely switching companies
We purchased Vaultlocks lockboxes (which are a subsidiary of this company) in 3 transactions. About 10% of the devices had problems, but eventually the company did replace those. It would have been nice if the resolution was a little quicker, but overall it was a satisfactory outcome. I would purchase from them again.
