The seller has assured us of the delivery of my purchases on Tuesday, I receive a call less than a week before to be told that in my sector they deliver only on Saturday or Thursday. I have already made my requests for leave to work and I find that this is information that should have been given to me at the time of the sale. I didn't even have the option of being reimbursed after only 12 days of trying on their sofa!
Uncomfortable, full of faults and a technician is supposed to come and fix the errors ... the foam which is already flattened after 12 days, good luck !!
