What a bad real estate. They promise a lot but they never keep their promises. Only rude employees work who do not know what respect is and how to deal with customers. They do not make repairs and if you have called after 100 times they will come but you will get a big bill because they work with self-employed people and you will not be kept informed. I hope the owner reads this and can speak to his employees about their behavior. Worst real estate in the Netherlands !!

Top company. We were quickly helped to a house and everything was neatly arranged. We even got the key a little earlier so that we could move some things.

Terribly antisocial real estate agent, after the death of a seriously ill person, his children were no longer allowed to take their youth photos out of the house, but these were all thrown in a waste container by Metterwoon! And all because Mr. had not paid his rent 3 months before his death, no unwillingness, he was admitted to a hospital and simply could not! Bah inhuman unreasonable without thinking!

Terrible experience having them as neighbors, extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, greedy, rude. If you buy/rent an apartment, make sure they are not your neighbors. And I guess they will treat their clients in the same way, so simply pass over and I am sure there are much better companies around.

Fantastic living in this neighborhood, very well supervised by metterwoon during the first weeks.

My mother lives in the Minerva flat in Assen.
She has lived there for 20 years. The location is fine, but the quality is poor.
1. The shower is really outdated,
2. The kitchen unit is very outdated,
3. The intercom has been a drama for one year. It sings around and is unintelligible.
The service and contact via Steenhuis is poor.
Shear and send into the reed with a clump.
Recently, the rent has increased sharply against the national trend.
The flat is a dairy cow without respect for the residents with regular complaints.
When does Metterwoon and Steenhuis act decisively and constructively?

My mother and many fellow residents have been waiting a long time.

This company shares your private life with wild strangers. There are plenty of other landlords who normally deal with your privacy.

Most bad "company" I have ever had to deal with. I have been waiting for a repair for over 1.5 years. From the receptionist who did not present you or greet you when they put you through, to the contact person who dismissed you to the technical service who acts as if you were crazy. Guys if you can't run a business, you have to do something else and don't waste my time. People who work there, if you do not want to work and you want to get rid of people, do not work and go into benefits ofso!

Just spoke to a gentleman. very unfortunate that I no longer know what this man is called but what a tone this man sets without any reason! clearly stated that he can learn from his other colleague I spoke to. Very negative and not resolving! Definitely will not recommend them!
