I wanted to buy tickets for Christopher Titus. First off, I noticed that I did not have the option to print out a ticket, but I then decided to continue on. When attempting to check out, I was prompted to create an account.
This is where it gets bad.
The password requirements are 4-12 characters. This egregiously bad. Over the past few years of public website hacks and personal information leakage, this is completely insecure.
This shows that they don't even hash/salt passwords. This means that if someone where to breach the database, they would get in plain text, or close to plain text, your passwords.
The fact that I HAVE to make an account and put in my credit card information just makes me sick knowing that their security is that bad. This is elementary stuff and should not happen in 2015. I WILL NOT be buy any tickets from them and would strongly advise no one else buy from them until they fix their site. This is unacceptable!
