This vape shop has a garantee on their house blends, don't like it, bring it back and they will give you a new flavor. This is one of the few shops that do that, their house blends are high quality and made fresh to order. This vape shop also has the best customer service, and everyone there has abundant knowledge and will tell or teach you anything you want to know. This is hands down the best vape shop I've been to in the DFW metroplex, and trust me I've been to a lot. So, please visit and enjoy whatever experience you are in need of.

genuinely nice people. i love mixing their house flavors together, it always comes out delicious. they also do pretty bomb deals on devices by price matching, i will always remain a continues customer. i love getting help from their entire team. Jonathan is the man.

Not bad selection. Nice guys working here.... But HOLY MARKUP BATMAN!!! This is the highest priced juice in the metroplex hands down. If your looking for triple+ what you pay online then this is your shop. 35 bucks for "THE ONE" and "Monster Jam". Can be had for $10-12 nearly anywhere online and typical local shops sell it for 20. Dont want to bash them too bad because it is a clean shop. But I cant get over those prices....

I'm in it for the long haul now; I met Alicia on west 7th and after a few minutes of conversation about her device and a 15% off card,she convinced me to come in to see her. Im proud to say I've been off the malboros for about a week now.

This is the only place I go for my juice and vape supplies now. They have promos going on all the time for $1 30ml's, their house juice tastes great, they price match and the inside doesn't look like a neckbeard's basement, it's actually pretty cool inside. All the workers there are crazy helpful, especially Luke. 10/10 would recommend.

Quick and respectable service. In and out in under 10 minutes with a line of people. Best day to go is Tuesday, can't beat buy 1 get 1 (house juice). This just might be my new go to vape shop.

Being that i live in Rowlett, and don't get over to Fort Worth mich, I haven't had a chance to get to the shop yet, but i found these guys at a vape meet and loved their juice! I order from them online and have only been vaping plex house flavors all year! Very friendly staff that does what ever it takes to get you what you need!!!

The staff is AMAZING!!! They have been so helpful every time I go. When I started vaping they were very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about the different products. I have been other places and always come back because I know I will get the personal attention and friendly service every time!!!

Was getting back into vaping and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. He walked me through all the new setups and helped me find was I was looking for. Gave me a great price and mixed me a custom flavor. I would recommend getting the Plex custard with honey added. One of the best mother's milk taste I have had and I have tried a lot. Going to make this my normal vape hangout.

Usually buy the house juices but quality lacking lately so I went in Monday night (12/4) to pick up a premium flavor but guy working the counter was not helpful at all. He kept suggesting the nasty juices even though they were out of stock. I would have bought anything premium off of their shelf but the guy kept suggesting flavors that were out of stock and it felt like he wasn t trying to suggest any of the other flavors on the shelf. Love the convenience of this shop next to my house but the customer service is lacking not to mention the quality of their house juice. Not worth driving to if the guy behind the counter isn t even trying to sell you anything. I ended up leaving after 5 minutes appalled because I left empty handed.

Every time I come here the staff is friendly and helpful beyond request! Definitely a comfortable environment for all customers new and old.

The absolute WORST vape juices I have ever had! Been vaping for 7 years and I know the difference between nicotine levels. I purchased the RY Four at 24mg and it was absolutely tasteless and had DID NOT have the nicotine level as requested. Went back the next day and ordered the 555 with menthol again at 24mg. HORRIBLE..... Just plain HORRIBLE. I wanted to like this place but I can t. I have two 100ml bottles and can t even use them.....

Wow! The customer service is impeccable and I have found my new vape store. They are cheaper then everyplace else as well. Their point system is great I would give them 20000 stars if it would let me.

I only come at night now because of Alicia.she is so helpful and makes my juice just right everytime!! She pays attention to every customer she deals with and makes me feel welcomed when i walk in.very sweet.i love coming here because of her.

My girlfriend has had an interest in vape for years and she finally got around to investing in a device and some juice. She absolutely loves it, and this is the shop we picked to begin at. James knows his stuff and hooked her up with exactly what she wanted, a pink box with some skittles juice. I highly recommend this shop. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I have personally been in this store twice. First time last week and Brittany helped me, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Yesterday I was in again because of something that Brittany had mentioned last week. Christian was the one who helped me yesterday. He too was very knowledgeable and was super informative and friendly. He helped me out tremendously with choosing the right flavors for my taste. I ended up buying 6 bottles of juice and was only planning on getting 2 so thank you for your help and great customer service. Would highly recommend this store both for price and customer service. Oh, and its only like 4 miles from my house so it makes it perfect.

The house juice is kinda trash and priced fairly. The guy working was too busy talking to his friend and never looked at me while i asked questions. Wasn't very helpful and just felt like a cashier at best. Would not recommend, might as well go to a shop that cares about their customers.

I have gone to this store for almost over 3 years now and they have the most respect for every customer. They are clean, quick, and very knowledgeable. I have NEVER had any issues with their products or staff.

Just left the heritage trace store. i was met with great service by the young blonde lady. Prices may be a bit steep on some items, but the great customer service made it very enjoyable. Ill be back for sure

Walked in to an empty store. No one manning the front. Took maybe about 5 minutes before someone realized we were out there. Once the guy came out he didn't even acknowledge the fact we were just standing there waiting for someone to help us. Walked right by us 4 or 5 times. No hello. Nothing. By the time he actually did start talking to us he was so short with us it was so so uncomfortable. My girlfriend wanted something peachy. Something light and fruity. He seemed almost irritated that we were even in there. To be honest he even looked a big high. We asked for a smell of a peach mango house juice and he had to walk all the way into the back and put some on a napkin for us to take a quick whiff. But the way he was holding himself made us very very uncomfortable and it felt awkward. My gf just decided to take a 100ml of the juice and get the hell out of there. We paid and left. It was very disconcerting that we had to feel such a thing. Also when we actually put the juice in the tank and tasted it, it was awful. Tastes like old juice. We are never coming back to this place. Worst experience ever at a vape store.

I am very happy with this place, because I come from Spain and I don't know the language. They have a lot of patience with me, because I don't know the language and through the translator we do everything. I feel very well advised by the beard boy with glasses, he is very applied in his work. Thank you for your great service.

I was a loyal customer for sometime but then abruptly they stoped letting customers use the bathroom then I was told it was to stop from loitering inside the establishment

As a truck driver I've visited Vape Shops all over the country. I've found some good prices but this location has by far the best on house juice. Not only are the prices on point the juice is better than many so called "premium juices" if not better. Nice place with a cool and friendly staff. I will be ordering online from here on out and will never visit another shop again. Shout out to Luke - an awesome employee and mixer.

Nice and clean but man they are expensive! I went to replace my joytech AIO and she told me it was $50!! I ve used this same mod for the last couple years and the most I ve ever been charged w a box of coils was $29! Even online I can t find it anywhere for more than $20. That s just outrageous. She did get the price down to $39 but still that s too much. I m I probably won t be back bc they mark up their products so much. They re are plenty of other great vape stores to get your gear at reasonable prices and if it hadn t been 7pm on a Sunday when my ecig broke, I would have gotten be elsewhere

Listed as carrying JUUL products. Wanted a starter kit to quit smoking. Bought a starter pack only to have severe problems with the unit. Their advice did not solve problem. Found out after 2nd trip into store that they do not exchange or refund at store level. Have to go to manufacturer website. Would not have purchased here had I known. This has been a very inconvenient experience. Won't shop there again. Can't trust a retailer that can take your money but not solve problems or back up the product.

Living in Ohio, I'm harder pressed to find a good shop with good prices on their juice. House juice and premium juices are on point and the shipping is good too. Never have to wait long. Needless to say they will have my business for quite some time.

Props to DJ and Hollywood...great customer service. Got a new system and two new juices, they explained everything to me, spent time helping me sample juices and ensured I was happy with all I purchased before I left the store. Looking forward to my next visit and recommend MV highly.

Inconvenient, slow service, house juice goes bad within a week, vape accessories seem to be overpriced!
