Small shops mostly old and caters to a different crowd than most other malls on orchard.

Avoid this place at all cost on Sundays, totally packed with people chatting and not moving.
Really good hardware store here and the only reason I come here

Shopping places with prices do not drain the bag, there are also food courts that sell food at an average price of 4-6 SGD per serving, many money changers, and shop stores that sell clothes, electronics, snacks, etc.

Filipino shops and food available here. But the place was small compared to how I expected a plaza would be. Still proud to have a place for Fililino OFW

Most of the time, here to change money as I travel pretty often. Entertainment wise, a lot of Filipino pub to patronise. Careful though. A few of them have dishonest staff. Will not name them. Just be careful. Other than that. Quite a 'fun' place to find cheap thrill.

Great place to eat at if you're working nearby and don't want to spend a bomb on meals everyday. They have a mixed rice store in the basement (next to value dollar) which is cheap and good. Would really recommend to pack and eat in your office as it can get really crowded especially on weekends.

For those pasalubongs you want at a cheaper costs. Most Filipinos are here and it has a Filipino restaurant.

Shopping mall on Orchard Rd. Attraction for Pinays and Pinoys.

Looks downmarket but it is much cheaper than the other malls, and has a great range of stuff. No where to sit though.

Very Filipino like... feels like a little Filipino township cos almost everything there are very Philippines with Filipinos filling up the shopping mall.

This place is insane on Sunday's. So many people. Selfie City!
The food is good and there is a great watch repair guy on the bottom floor.

This place is full of fellow Filipinos every Sunday, can't get homesick because it feels like you're just in the Philippines... The coffee shops are cheap and nice, the "meryenda" or filipino snack taste good.

To avoid crowd dont go on sundays. Love the pinoy desserts there

Super aged Mall that is filled by Filipinos looking to con the Bangladesh guys. Great place to catch the action which ever so often happens on Sundays. Hahahahaha

Place to get lesser price of souvenirs from Spore while strolling at Orchard. You can get good padang food on upper floor if you miss Indo dish.

An old / outdated mall at the busy and popular Orchard Rd.
This mall may only the remaining one of it's kind in Singapore.
Very busy and crowded, even before it closes at night - still too many people.
Worse during week-ends and public holidays - almost you cannot pass-by. Many people of various levels.
Somehow, this mall needs some upgrading and renovations.

If i go orchard, usually I will visit the rabbit sharkfin restaurant located at lv 2., near to the escalator. For a set of $5.90, u cld hv a steam chicken rice, with small abalone and soup or sharkfin soup etc..... Free flow of tea. Oh ya, they have a few set of menu to choose from. Try their scallop chilli.

one stop centre for tourist to buy souvenier when they visit singapore ..you also can even bargain for the chocolate price n the price also is much more cheaper compare to others tourist sport area that offer the same thing

We can get a lot of cheap Singaporean ole ole at Lacy Plaza ... And the place is also comfortable, the price of food is also very affordable ...

This is shopping mall that you will found a lot of store, to find some drink and food here. Near MRT, so easy for make appointment. It's cheap, good for visitor.

Oldest mall in singapore, please avoid week ends of the public holidays those days you can face human traffic's especially all Filipinos workers accumulate there to share their frieneship or to send money to their country of have their food and shopping

Every time I visit S'pore, I always stay here ... strategic location, near Orchard MRT, affordable apartment rentals, owner like a family ... just fine ...

This Plaza has everything someone needs, with all cultures and brands residing here. Watch repair, clothing, suitcases; it was for the Traveller on a budget. A let down was that the whole place felt almost claustrophobic, with shops and people everywhere. Quite a busy place. Food court was VERY crowded and some didn't even speak good English.

One of my favorite places to shop in Singapore. Everything sold there are usually significantly cheaper compared to other places. The clothes sold at lucky plaza are catered more to women. They are mostly trendy and visually appealing. Try to look into between their clothing racks to get your best buy. it is also a good place to get your Souvenirs. However, they do close quite early (9pm) so do go early. You could also get snacks from neighboring countries. Salons and nail parlors are also available at reasonably low prices.

Glamorous shopping store located in this place. There are a variety of things can be found here. The cost is feasible. Nice to go!
