good place for shopping.. eating .. everything u need only at lucky plaza

It is full of electronic shops which give Singapore a bad name. They are run by unscrupulous shopkeepers, targeting tourists, and selling products of questionable origin at far higher prices than normal. They sell Apple products at prices than Apple Singapore authorized dealers, and then suddenly say that they need additional $100 to unlock the iPhone or iPad (when Singapore has a law of not locking devices..). They'll say the Apple Singapore online store products do not have local warranty (am talking from personal experience - it is unbelievable how these guys are not behind bars!) The shopkeepers intimidate tourists, behaving very rudely to ones who ask for prices and don't end up buying anything. Overall a very bad expect.

The saving factor is the nice food court, and the chocolates at very good prices (with relatively close expiry dates - that's the trick).
And there are some nice Philippines focused supply shops, courier companies and remittance centers which (presumably) are nice.

For electronics, please avoid like plague - they'll give you a very bad taste in the mouth. Not like Singapore at all.

Good food, reasonable priced shopping, centrally located

There are some good places to get cheap merchandise here, especially if you can bargain well enough. Lots of money changers, some has better than average exchange rates, compare first.

Visit during weekdays, weekends the place is packed

If Sunday this place is solid, but the air conditioning is great, still cool, not bad for the streets and clay, so you can send money to your family at home.

Shopping mall and Philipino hang out in Singapore. Can be really crowded on Sundays, there is a Jolibee inside the basement food court

I go there for jollibee. Avoid Sunday and public holiday heavy crowded place.

Swarming with Pinay domestic workers on Sunday. Nothing to interest tourists or locals except the Jollibee branch at the top floor

Shopping centre that specialises in ethnic food, knick-knacks for the budget tourist. You may find some bargain branded good, watch or sports shoe. Much more likely to find almost 'fake' faux branded goods. Fancy a 'Polex' watch or 'Hernes' handbag? The spelling is as will find them on the goods sold here

I went here to play blackjack on my phone. I lost all my money. Unlucky plaza.

Well,lucky plaza is a convientional place ans has lots of shops.mostly filipinos come there to shop.Of course at times it is extremely crowded but thats because of the airplane landing full of filipinos.i recommend this if want to try filipino food

This shopping center is located on the street perpendicular to Orchad street. It has a lot of goods sold at reasonable prices, as well as quite a variety of goods on sale. A bus stop is located near the shopping center.
