I bought Hot Water from them a year ago and last week it went away, I contacted customer service and told them it was set last year and it guarantees but, the first time they said yes and the day after they said completely different, they just want to sell their stuff and they don't care about the warranty, cheat all the time, do not recommend.

My gas installer has a case make cows to you about a water heater has not had hot water for almost 14 days because you in is too slow and lets the customer in the lurch, my case had to be made and so could the plumbing and the man solve your behind after instead of holding the customer hostage. now have to buy a spare part even as the one they sent has not arrived after almost a week and they do not know where it is, only that post north has it.
Poor customer service! For the third time, has been in contact with customer service regarding a hot water tank that throws too much water. Most of the conversation went with the customer service representative indicating that I didn't tell the truth:
"The water heater must have a much larger consumption. Have the tenants a spa bath."
"It can't fit we have said it about a safety valve."
"Who have you talked to before. Do you have a name"
etc etc
A waste of time!
I recommend everyone to make written complaints with Metro Therm, so you can document the process.
Have bought your hot water tank as it was recommended and should be a good product. Today 2 years and 3 months later, the bottom parking is completely gone. I contact you and get a clear message that only 2 years is guaranteed.
So I have to order a company to do this because I do not want 160 liters of water in my utility room. To my surprise, they tell me that they have changed many of these and actually think you have switched to some other parkings that should be better as this is a known problem.
So to other customers who do not know everything for plumbing products etc. buy another brand where the service hopefully lives up to the prices.
We have been fitted with a Metro Therm f12 heat pump with a metroair 330 submersible on December 3, 2018. The heat pump replaces a stoker plant and we are very pleased with our new heating system, it only runs. Can only recommend Metro Therm.
Hi Metrortherme, I hope in reading with and will return. I'm sorry to have to write this, but will warn others before they become customers of you. Two years ago I bought a water heater for 7,000 kr, and got installed for the large sum of 15,000 in total. 2 years and a month later, this one is out of business. I have tried to take the dialogue with you, but then you refuse to advertise it, since you mean I caused the damage. You say I must have kicked someone or other, which is the cause of the injury. This is not possible as it was a damage inside the water heater. I think it is unreasonable and downright ridiculous to be able to have such poor customer service. I wish you a Merry Christmas and hope you will return with a solution in the new year. For those interested, I would like to attach conversations and other material.
To anyone reading with, I would encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.
