I would actually give them 4.5 because it was so easy to order over the phone and the flowers were delivered when they said they would be. I chose and arrangement from their site. The only thing that they could have done better is included a photo of the arrangement when they sent the notice that it had been delivered. I will order from them again!

Hansen's delivered the first arrangement without making sure the recipient was at home. That arrangement sat outside in the blistering heat for over 24 hours. However, Hansen's did send another arrangement to replace the first one. Thanks for your customer service.

Ordered flowers for my wife on the 4th of February to be delivered today to her work. I told them twice the flowers must be delivered before she leaves for the day, NEVER GOT DELIVERED!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, HORRIBLE!!

My experience was disappointing. The deluxe bouquet I ordered came out pretty standard. It did not resemble the deluxe image shown on their website. Now we know not all flowers are always available from these websites but Hansen did not use higher quality flowers as replacements.
When I shared images (my bouquet vs. the website image) with customer service and explained my disappointment they offered a discount. I explained that I did not want a discount. I wasn t trying to get money back or a refund. I wanted the bouquet fixed as it was for a very special celebration. After explaining this, they ignored my emails and dropped the complaint. If this is how customers are treated, I d stay away.

I picked up flowers for my wife for our anniversary and they were beautiful! The sales person was very helpful and really friendly. Will be back for Valentine's Day for sure.

Whenever I call to place an order the staff is helpful, courteous and kind. And the deliveries are always beautiful and on time. The staff and products are all fantastic!!!

Great customer service. I had ordered flowers for a colleague's birthday, but they were accidentally delivered early. When I pointed this out, Hansen's immediately wrote back to me offering to send another bouquet free of charge. Mistakes can always happen, but it's how you deal with them. Hansen's went above and beyond to make it right.

I was really in a pickle last week and needed an arrangement fast! They went out of their way to make sure that it not only was there quick, but that it was gorgeous as well! Already planning to use them again!

I was placing a delivery order for my daughter at college so I was a little nervous about the quality I was going to get. I selected the flowers from their website and placed the order online on a Saturday. I was a little nervous it wasn t going to go through until Monday so I called. Surprisingly someone answered the phone at 8:30am on a Saturday! Not only did she answer but she was as cheery as the bouquet of flowers I had just selected. I told her my concern about online order and she pulled up the order, read it back to me and had it delivered within the next 3 hours. My daughter loves them and sent me a picture. They were as beautiful as the picture. I would absolutely recommend this florist. Excellent quality flowers, professional and friendly!

I needed to buy two arrangements and one bouquet for a dance performance this past weekend. Being from out of town, I turned to the online reviews to find the best flower shops in Fairfield, CT. I found Hansen s Flower Shop. When I called them, I told them the dollar amount I wanted to spend on each arrangement and had some other specific requests about the flowers. When I picked up the flowers, I was blown away at how spectacular all three arrangements were. They not only listened to my requests, but far exceeded my expectations. When I brought the arrangements to the dance performance, everyone commented on how beautiful they were. I will definitely use Hansen s again the next time I need a stunning floral arrangement.

Hansen's Flower Shop is amazing!! I called with a VERY last minute request and they welcomed me into their store on a busy day and made the most beautiful flower crown for my daughter's holy communion. They were top notch in customer service with a smile and the finished product was exactly what we asked for. Hansen's is the best!

These guys were great. I called them from the other side of the country not knowing what I needed or what I was getting, ordered the dealers choice from the menu and bam! Mom literally says they are the nicest Mother s Day flowers she s ever received. I can t wait to see what they look like, but either way, it did the trick! Trust Hansen s with your Mother s Day flowers. They know what your mom wants. Unless she wants weed, I don t think they deliver that. But shoot, now that I think about it I m not even sure!

Hansen's sent a gorgeous bouquet to my mom who is in quarantine, same day delivery which was a lovely bonus!

Received notice that gift was delivered when in reality it was not. Despite having address and additional instructions, delivery person didn t even attempt delivery claiming he wasn t sure if it was the right house. Come on.

I just wanted to share what an absolutely perfect experience that I had sending flowers from Hansen's to my mom remotely on Mother's Day. Usually, of course, we love to spend time together on Mother's Day and could not this year. I wanted to find something special that I could send my mom that would last more than a few days. Hansen's put together a basket of beautiful planted flowers that my mom has literally not stopped talking about since they arrived. I will hopefully never have to do business with another flower shop because I would love to exclusively be a Hansen's customer from here on out! It was so special to me to be able to still give my mom something memorable for Mother's Day in a safe way! I was born and raised in Fairfield, now live in the city, but this type of local shop is what makes Fairfield such a special town:)

Despite having horrible weather, Hansen's was able to arrange a beautiful bouquet and have it delivered in the requested time frame. I'm from out of state and ordered via phone for family that had just lost someone dear. The team member on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable and helped make the process easy during a difficult time. Beautiful fall plants in a basket. Not what was displayed on Hansen s website, but when I called to ask about that. I was politely told that the shop uses seasonal plants in this display and it makes complete sense. It was a birthday gift to a friend and she loved it.

Tina at Hansen's Flower shop created the most magical centerpieces and bouquets for my wedding. I have never seen flowers as unique or as beautiful as the ones she used. Tina worked with me for months to come up with the perfect design and when the day finally came I couldn't have been happier with the end result. The multitude of colors and textures, the truly natural elegance to each piece, was my vision brought to life. I can't thank Tina enough for the spectacular job she did, if you are looking for a wedding florist- look no further.

Hansen's is a Fairfield institution. There's not many long running businesses left in town. These folks have been on the Post Road for as long as I can remember (and I'm old).

The other day we got flowers from Hansen's and the flowers were beautiful, not only that but there were some flowers there I had never seen before.

My hair salon is located next door to Hansen s. All day my guests and I watch all of the unbelievable flower arrangements that pass through the window. I have always been a f;over person. Always had fresh flowers de;ivered to my home by another local florist and they would does so fast. I thought perhaps I just didn t have a green thumb and that I was not caring for them correctly. When I started getting my flowers from Hansen s (how convent being next door) however the design work is so unreal. Many of my clients photograph the pieces and Call Hansen s and request the same piece. Not only is the artistic~creative teamwork talented but the flowers last up tp two weeks with Just changing the water every other day. It s very rare that you see florists that have went to school and completed training on the technical side but every designer is so talented and can create anything. The super markets that sell those cheap flowers apparently just have consumers that have no aesthetic eye. Every arrangment I get (I started a house account ) has a flower that I have never seen before. I thought I have seen all of them. I love having a house account as they automatically deliver a piece every two weeks or one week whichever you would want I assume but I find that the flowers past a little over 2 weeks. I don t have to tell them anything they begin to see what you like and work with you to create a perfect arrangment. As you can see from my winded review....Hansen s does the best work. They; are always winning best of Fairfield county etc. their work speaks for itself. I can only imagine how speactular their event arrangments are/ Hansen s has the best artistic team and the best customer service that I have seen. When you need flowers or just want to have fresh flowers on a house acc ount. There is no other florist (I have seen them all) like the team at Hamsens

I ordered purple tulips and my recipient red tulips that were mostly green... there was White filler flowers in most of it with just a few tulips. The picture looked NOTHING like the actually flowers that my recipient got. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

What an incredibly wonderful experience I had today at Hansen's!!!! Needed some arrangements for a very sad occasion, putting our dog to sleep. Malcolm, Tina and the entire staff went above and beyond to help design and create gorgeous arrangements for our home and a small bouquet for our dog to take with her to her final resting place. They helped make this so much easier and I can honestly say that I will never use any other florist again. Highly recommend and thank you for what you all did today!
