Not reviewing the service, pleased with that however I must review the parking situation. Absolutely awful! Recently went to ER at 4 am, valet, parking by the tower, under Pavilion, across from Pavilion were closed, but the gate was up so I went, unfortunately it's cash only. The operative word here is emergency, we didn't plan on being there so I had to use PNC cash machine and pay the extra fee. Pulling up at ER door is always congested, not conducive for emergencies. Employees rushing you to get your family member in/out of car. 2023 can't come soon enough for me.
