Terrible customer service, they do not take responsibility for their poor workmanship. They were the contractors for the build of my house and were extremely difficult to work with for deficiencies beginning from the initial walk through. I have had multiple people from this company attend my place and not once did they complete the job correctly the first time. The last job was finished poorly with missing paint patches and thick paint seems in the middle of walls. Cracks developed in my walls after only 4 months of having possession and they told me they wont repair them as when they fix one, another will occur and its not a big deal as cracking walls and paint is normal for two years. They came and repaired one crack and then advised they would not finish the job nor look at the second crack as its a "small job" to them as builders and they are busy with their other projects and to make a claim with New Home Warranty instead of the Builder's warranty. Metrocan will lead you on to believe they will do their work but will put you off for months and re-schedule frequently - I am assuming they are hoping you would give up or stretching it so time lapses so long that they could claim they are not responsible anymore and piece you off to talk to someone else. Dealing with their site manager has been a nightmare as he is very rude to communicate with; I would never purchase from a Builder, in this case Sandhill Developments, that uses this company again.

This company refuses to take responsibility for their terrible workmanship. I purchased a unit in one of their builds and the entire building is riddled with issues. We reported numerous deficiencies after moving in (over 2 years ago) that have not been remedied. They delay, make excuses and avoid communication to slowly wear down the residents resolve to have the work completed. Once they've got your money, they're done. I would never purchase a product from this builder and I recommend strongly that you avoid them at all cost.

Awful company with no respect for the people impacted by their activities. Repeatedly violates allowed construction hours nearly every day. Unresponsive to complaints.

2 towers in surrey going over a year over schedule. They dont manage trades.

There new motto shoukd be
We do it the dumb way.
They cant even make a schedule

I walked away from a project owing money because I took work off of metro can construction. To staff I wonder how many other companies metro has taken advantage of, project manager tells me half way through the project I was half as less as everyone else that's why they took the bid this is the same guy that sat there and offered 10,000 to finish the project.
Then they fire the guy and no 10 grand for finish the project!
This is all a joke to management.
Have fun with the money from the evolve project!

Be very careful taking work from them.
