Great service. Gary senior was great with quickly responding to my initial call then keeping me updated with when they would be at my house. Allen arrived right on time, then quickly solved the problem. He was very good with showing me the problem and explaining how to avoid it again. It's great to experience good customer service! This was possibly the worst experience i have ever had with a contacting company. JR and Sr were both very rude and condescending. They will absolutely over charge you and try to sell you an inferior device to maximize their profits. Do yourself a favor and shop around! If there was a way for me to leave no stars i would.
We experienced issues with our 2nd zone of heating in an addition to our home. Two service calls from another local company proved unsuccessful, and they tried to sell us a new boiler. Fortunately my wife reached out to Metric. Within 3 hours, our system was diagnosed properly and up and running with just $200 in parts, rather than a new $5,000 boiler. Thanks to Gary for explaining everything in detail and walking me through all the work that was completed. Top-notch service and work.
