A year ago this company had great service and our company supported them but since the beginning of 2020 they've been nothing but useless. General sales is terrible and stock is a huge problem. The so called "director" Michelle is rude and needs to go on a business management course so she can learn how to deal with customers and learn how to conduct business professionally. We will no longer support Metric cables or refer any of our customers to them either.

THIS company HAS BEEN going for over 40 years with first class owners. It's JUST a bit difficult to understand what the cable design engineer is all ABOUT i never heard of THAT qualification in any university in the world having given such a title to that certain individual..AND i have no ONE that can verify it either world-wide.
