My Mom had surgery at this hospital hands down the best staff ever!! Her Nurses and Doctor took good care her !!! She was treated extremely well here Thank you !!

I was so sick pounding headache fexer took a covid test come out negative put in waitibg rm of er 5 hours crying in tears begging for tylonal they never helped me my daughter picked me up 2 days later ended up in another er found out i had pnemonia .

Worse care ever. And I have had a lot of surgeries in different hospitals. Nurses would never give me my eye meds. Let alone my other meds. My dr was fantastic. He left orders for me to able to have them all. They refused saying he did not. Grumpy caregivers except for two.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Or negative.
My mom has been here for almost a month.
They cannot give her or me any answers about what s wrong with her, and it seems the story changes day to day depending on who you re talking to.
Is it heart failure? Respiratory failure? Kidney failure? Who knows, they all tell me totally different things and are extremely vague about what their plan for her care is. And this is after almost a month!! There should be SOME answers.
There seems to be NO communication between doctors, staff, and patients. It s absolute madness.

My mom has complained about being treated badly by the nurses - she can t walk at present, and so there have been instances where she has accidents. She ll tell the nurses and they ll just leave her there for hours before someone helps clean her up. She spilled coffee on herself, and all the nurses did was put a blanket over her, so she just laid there, cold, with coffee spilled on her for hours as well.
HOW IS THIS OK?!

Every time I call to talk to her nurses in order to get some kind of useless update from them, the staff at the front desk is extremely rude and has on several occasions just hung up on me, or transferred me to some random voicemail. Again, how is this ok?!

TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS, COMMUNICATE, and stop being so RUDE to their families and to the patients.
I know everyone is stretched thin because of COVID, but my mom isn t a Covid patient, and it s absolutely no excuse to lose your humanity and to treat people with other potentially life threatening illnesses so casually.

I m hoping to get my mom transferred to a different facility this week.

Avoid Arcadia Methodist if you can. I wish we had.

Starting from the beginning there was red flags. Should have gone to another hospital. 5+ hours to wait for lab results. Fairly certain they forgot about us. Nice people when they actually get around to making contact with you...

Extremely disappointed with the medical records department. Had to call several times and request for my medical records, was promised to be email the authorization form - no email... decided to come by in person today and request in person, filled out the authorization forms in person at the entry, an assistant came out and said the records cannot be picked up in person and told me to mark email option, so I did. I asked them I need this today and I came way before they close. Sure thing, no email again - nothing. Wow.....

Michael agron. They send you a $2000 bill for any visit. The hospital is in your network but they use michael agron to send you a surprise multi-thousand emergency room bill.

Do not go here. Make sure you avoid this doctor if you must. Say his name so they know you know they re trying to screw you.

A friend of mine told me recently, his my mom had open heart surgery and been at this hospital since July 21. Today, Aug 10, 2021, without any formal warning they advised him in order to visit any patients, ( including his mother) visitors must show vaccination card otherwise they are unable and CAN T see or visit their loved ones!!!! This is soooooo completely horrible and an overreach. He has an elder mother in there who desperately needs her son and they are not allowing him to enter bc of vaccine status!!! Way to NOT promote keeping families together and significantly contributing to the physical and emotional decline of the most vulnerable patients. BEWARE OF THIS HOSPITAL.

Before my knee surgery, I looked at the reviews for the Hospital and was skeptical about the services since few people had bad experiences and concerns.
Yesterday, finally got my knee surgery and the customer service received in admitting department was exceptional. Once I was in the Pre-Op area the RN was very professional with excellent customer service.
Upon transfer to my room, the nurse in charge of my care Kiva introduce herself and explained to me the process and steps to follow. I strongly recommend the great care from her "KIVA RN . My opinion is that she is one of "D" Best nurses I ever being with, she was very polite, kind, attentive with her patient's. She was ensuring that my medications were on time every 30 minutes.

Also, to mention in this review, the night shift Nurse Donna and her assistant Anna were very helpful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, kudos to them.

I want to give Doctor Ling and Doctor Ryan a very special thank you from the bottom of my heart. These two wonderful doctors have been doing everything they can to keep my daughter alive and stable. My daughter's condition is very serious and my family and I have been praying for a recovery from her current state of being. Without the help of these to Angels, Adilene my wonderful child, would not be stable in her situation. "Please Lord Jesus and Heavenly Father," return my child back to me. Please bestow a very special blessing upon these two Hero's families, of Doctors Ling and Doctor Ryan. KUDOS TO THE BEST TWO DOCTOR'S IN THE WORLD.
