I have never seen so many unprofessional cramped into one big house called Metex Corporation. They mislead their customers by telling them they are in States which is incorrect and highly unethical. They only have one office. Zach is the biggest idiot. Then you have Leanne Barabash who is a rude uneducated person. Then Andrew Toth's wife in the accounting department who has no clue what's what. Top it all, they have one delivery driver who is the biggest racist person i have come across.
We have worked with Metex Corp for over 25 years, and have always found Andrew and his team to be extremely professional and very helpful. The team at Metex is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist us which allows us to better serve our customers. Metex is always very competitive when it comes to pricing, but of even more importance is their commitment to customer service which is always of the highest standard. We look forward to continuing to work with Metex to provide our customers with the best WT automation.
