I have worked for General Motors, the Veterans Administration, and in the healthcare industry as a doctor. In all of these positions I have had health care insurance, however my wifes' MESSA insurance with the school system has been head and shoulders above all the rest. I credit their stellar coverage and patient advocacy to be above and beyond any other customer service experience I have ever had. I credit them with saving my life.

Very customer oriented, especially now. Excellent health and wellness programs.
I unfortunately got stuck with this pile of garbage Insurance Company. The only thing worse than the insurance company is my representative Julie Adams. She really missed her calling and selling snake oil. Wait that's exactly what she's doing. Claimed that everything I've spent this year so far would contribute to my deductible and guess what? If you guessed she lied, you might be a medium. Based on her lies I chose a more expensive plan which is exactly what she wanted. Man, I really hope she invites me for a boat ride on her new boat that she probably got when she earned her bonus scamming people. Your best bet is to NOT go with this company, go without insurance, or go to Canada. I'm looking into the third option

Great insurance. Have there own call center. Any issues solved that day or in a few. Love there extras. There a very customer orientated. Have had for several years and very satisfied. I took my son to U of M and as I was checking him in the ER I was told not to worry I had the Cadillac of insurance.
Tiffany in the claims department was very helpful and kept me informed in the process..
Customer service is top notch and they always go above and beyond to make sure they have done all they could to help!
I love Messa, they are wonderful, I had a chance to speak with Taylor, and she was not only great, amazing wonderful,and full of knowlege, she completely has your back, I would definitely recommend.
